Posting audio clips to the internet

I saved some audio clips to my computer (My Documents) and was wondering how can I make others (members of a message board, not this one though) listen to the audio clips.

 

Do I post a link of each clip in the post of the message board or do I create a page with all the clips I want others to hear?
