Guest areacode212 Posted June 4, 2002 Report Posted June 4, 2002 What are some of your pet peeves when you visit a public bathroom? I think there are certain rules people should follow, such as "don't use a urinal next to one that's being used". Pretend you came in to wash your hands and either leave, or do a prolonged hair combing if you have to, but wait for one of the other guys to leave first. And for god's sake, don't strike up a conversation unless it's with one of your best friends. Taking a leak is a time for relaxation and enjoying the sensation of your bladder emptying, not witty (or pointless, as is usually the case) banter. Who gives a shit if coat buttons were once made out of milk curd? Yes, someone actually felt the need to share this factoid with me as I was doing my business. The whole bathroom-going experience would be a lot better if public restrooms were made up of a series of small individual rooms (instead of one big one) where you could enjoy complete privacy. What do you guys think?
Guest Posted June 4, 2002 Report Posted June 4, 2002 I agree, I am all about the rules. Most of the time I am bald so I won;t comb my hair, but I will look in the mirror and bullshit till one of the other urinals is open. You know what sucks, pissing at sporting events, I fucking hate it, your all shoulder to shoulder and shit. Fuck that. --Rob
Guest mesepher Posted June 4, 2002 Report Posted June 4, 2002 yeah... rules are good... too bad no one follows them. I'm always nervous that some pervert is going to look over at my unit. Going to the bathroom at an event is the worst, I agree. I try to drain my lizard in the stalls whenever possible. it's a much more relaxed environment.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 4, 2002 Report Posted June 4, 2002 I really don't care. I'll pee in front of anyone.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 4, 2002 Report Posted June 4, 2002 dont piss on walls...thats common here in the south
Guest Kinetic Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 I don't use the urinal. I'll generally fix myself in the mirror until a stall becomes available. Privacy is key when you have a 24 inch penis.

Very good idea. I always wait for a stall because I don't want to stand next to an old, ugly, or just weird guy while I'm taking a piss.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 I don't really care who I take a piss next to.
Guest Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Wash your hands Don't get near me Don't talk to me Flush the damn toilet after shitting Don't touch me
Guest crandamaniac Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Anybody else peeved when you go to some sporting events and instead of urinals, they have that big long trough thing? I really hate that!
Guest Kinetic Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Anybody else peeved when you go to some sporting events and instead of urinals, they have that big long trough thing? I really hate that! Yeah, that always worries me. I think "Am I supposed to be pissing in this? If someone comes in and sees me pissing in this, will there be trouble?" As anyone who's ever been forced to urinate on command can attest to, worrying and peeing do not complement each other well.
Guest J*ingus Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 A local building that has indy wrestling has one of the worst setups I've ever seen. It has one of those trough things, which is bad enough, but the way this tiny bathroom is constructed, the trough has a wall right behind where you're supposed to stand. So if more than one person comes in at the same time, one person has to "scoot over" to avoid the other, sometimes in mid-piss. And by the way, the trough is so old that the acid in the pee has actually dissolved some of the metal parts. I think that men's rooms should be just like women's, and have all stalls. I hate urinals. Oh, and has anyone else run into the INCREDIBLY fucking annoying & stupid problem of stall doors in public restrooms that have had their locks removed or disabled? Nothing like trying to take a shit and reach out & hold the door shut at the same time. I guess this is to prevent... uh... kids locking them and squeezing underneath... or some other scourge...
Guest Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Okay I understand the washing hands thing, the flushing toilets thing, the don't talk to me thing and the don't touch me thing. With that out of the way, for those of you who are so shy that you can't piss while standing next to someone else, grow up. They put them next to each other like that because they never thought anyone would be so neurotic as to complain about having to piss next to someone else who's pissing. If you don't like it, DON'T PISS. A warning to all of you: If I go into a restroom and there's one available pisser that's right next to one that's being used by you, guess what, I'M GONNA PISS IN IT. Jesus Christ, I can't imagine being so frightened of this. It takes 10 seconds, you piss, you flush, you're away from whoever was around you. I'm not going to look at your schlong, I'm gonna be a little busy with my own. God damn, I thought people stopped worrying about this in fourth grade.
Guest Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Dammit if u piss on the seat, WIPE IT OFF. Half the time I go into a damn stall (if it doesnt have a big log already floating in it), I am forced to wipe someone elses piss off the damn seat with toilet paper (and not 2 ply either, so guess what happens.). Just wipe your piss off the seat, and anything else I can live with.
Guest Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 perfect plex, i don;t think its about schlong checkers, atleast not for me. It's when the stalls are so close and your shoulders touch the other persons, that I do not like. I thought i'd clear that up. --Rob

Guest Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 fuck it, dude, if they check the schlong it's cool, I am proud and shit. But if they hit on you, it's fag bashing time. --Rob

Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 5, 2002 Report Posted June 5, 2002 Im not too comfortable as a 16 yr old when im out with a bunch of my friends and we all go into the mens room intop seperate stalls and urinals, an older guy will always check out one of us. It never fails. Hell it even happened at a wcw show.

Guest Kinetic Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 To clarify, I don't mean to suggest that I'm homophobic or anything. But as a general rule, I prefer to be able to urinate without anyone checking out my wee-wang. It's no so much a matter of shyness as it is comfort and spaciousness. A stall provides that. Especially the handicapped stall, which I'll opt for if available.
Guest areacode212 Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 Yeah, it's not so much the schlong-checkers for me either, but I just find it hard to "go" when I'm standing really close to a guy who's making the usual grunting pissing noises (like that little exhale).
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 i have trouble standing beside another dude while pissing too. it must be psychological or something because I have no problems what so ever with nudity.
Guest Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 i feel that urinals should be like the regular stalls, and have dividers and doors. peeing is best spent alone.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 I think it's funny to have a convo with a stranger. in the next crapper... Me and friends will have loud conversations when we're in say 3 right next to each other. shout out "1-2-3-GO!" then just loud grunting and banging on the walls of the pooper
Guest evenflowDDT Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 Yeah, it's not so much the schlong-checkers for me either, but I just find it hard to "go" when I'm standing really close to a guy who's making the usual grunting pissing noises (like that little exhale). Yea, that's pretty much how it is for me. I just can't "go" in a public restroom, which really really sucks when I'm out of the house for a long time and half of my mind is on holding it.
Guest TheDames7 Posted June 13, 2002 Report Posted June 13, 2002 I can piss anywhere really...however, I always find this funny. One guys pissing in a urinal....the other is about to. The other guy will always talk....until he has to piss, then everything is silent. Its just known, you don't f'n talk. Dames
Guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Posted June 13, 2002 This is a bit off-topic, but I probably freaked the other guy in the bathroom out when that was where I went to beat myself up after we lost in the Semi-Finals at Nationals. Hearing "YOU'RE A FUCKING LOSER!" followed by the sound of a ring busting a forehead open several times and then several blows across a jaw was probably a tad unsettling. At least I waited until he left the room for me to inspect the damage in the mirror.
