Here are a few: Cammy from Street Fighter series Rikku from FFX (Yes, I know, there's a petite blonde theme here so far) Jill Valentine from Resident Evil series That's all I can think of for now. Getting excited over them is about equal to getting excited by a character in a novel; they never existed outside of their creator's mind.
