Guest Princess Leena Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 It shouldn't be, unless you're using proxies. Or you goofed around with your geographical settings in Windows.
Guest DRH 502 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 Hey ya'll this is completely off topic and I might come off like the dumb hick that I am by asking this, but what is the origin of the "excuse my French" phrase, what does it mean, and why??

Maybe it's getting confused by my IP. To check your Regional Settings, click Start, then point to Settings, and then Control Panel. On the Control Panel, double-click on Regional and Language Settings. That's the directions for Windows 2000. For Windows XP, skip "point to Settings," and click on the Control Panel.
