On May 18th 2002, a Houston jury convicted him for aggravated sexual assault of a child; in June the same jury sentenced him to 45 years in prison. Coy testified that he did not assault the nine-year-old girl in question, who had spent the night at his house with his daughter Carley. Coy did, however, admit to having sex in 1993 with a 13-year-old girl who bore his child Jordan. I still say Remy Martin wrote his first verse in Lean Back and Armageddon wrote the last one. You can hear their flow all over it. And Necro is a horrible rapper, but dammit, I like his production.
