Bored Posted September 5, 2006 Report Posted September 5, 2006 About an hour ago the left click on my mouse stopped working. What was weird was I was here on the forum and got a page not found message without clicking anything and this was when left click stopped working. Is it possibly a virus or is it just broken? I checked the control panel and it says the device is working fine.
Guest Princess Leena Posted September 5, 2006 Report Posted September 5, 2006 Try another mouse if you have one, or this mouse on another computer. Make sure it's a computer problem. Where did you go in Control Panel. From your description, it sounds like you went to Device Manager. Which won't tell you anything. After that... I guess just try replugging it, and reinstalling drivers.
Bored Posted September 5, 2006 Author Report Posted September 5, 2006 Turns out it was broken as I was able to grab one from work and it worked fine on my computer.
