Motorola Razr V3i

So I finally got a new phone after two years of putting my Motorola v400 through abuse. I got the new Razr v3i from cingular and headset, etc. Anyways, I load my old premade ringtones onto the phone and connect my bluetooth headset and low and behold none of my ringtones work. Anyone know if it's because of the headset or do I need to make new settings for my ringtones?
