Brendan Fraser to play Superman?

I was just reading Total Film (UK film magazine) and Brendan Fraser is favourite to play Superman under the direction of Joseph Nichol (Charlies Angels) with Zeta Jones, J-Lo and Cameron Diaz all possible Lois Lanes. The film is set to penned by JJ Abrams, writer of laugh riots Regarding Henry and Forever Young.

 

David Fincher is in talks to direct Mission Impossible 3.

 

Vin Diesel is set to play the role of Conan's long lost son "Kon" in Conan: Crown of Iron. The Rock was offered this role first but turned it down.

 

Steven Spielberg wasnt pleased with how the Jurassic Park sequels turned out and wants to make a fourth and final part with original author Michael Crichton.

 

Mad Max 4? - Writer/Director of the series George Miller has writern a script for a new film. Mel Gibson is keen but the studio apparantly are not sure.

Vin Diesel in a sequel that no one has asked for? Vin always has to carry movies?

Spielberg doesn't like the sequels...so his solution is...let's make another sequel.

I don't really give a shit about any of the movies other than Superman.  First it was Nick Cage, which would have been bad and noe Brendon Fraiser, I think we've gone to even worse.  Jesus Christ if this is the best they can do why don't they just get Dean Cain and Terri Hatcher to play the roles again?  They were at least passible on the TV show.  J-Lo as Lois Lane would suck and have no continuity at all with the comics or anything Superman related.

Dean Cain & Terri Hatcher would be leaps and bounds better than Brendan Frasier and Jennifer Lopez..

Zeta Jones would make a good Lois Lane but the same guy that did encino man and other classics is just wrong for superman.
