ALDS: Detroit Tigers vs. New York Yankees

Recommended Posts

the a's staff is better, i think. the tigers best three pitchers won their games. after that, they're in trouble. the a's have 5 guys who are quite good. robertson really isn't all that great sometimes.

Does Johnny Damon smiling in the dugout under the present circumstances make him unprofessional?

i was thinking the same thing. he seemed far too chilled out for being on the brink of elimination.

Guest Felonies!

Damon always kinda seems like a dim bulb to me, even by athlete standards.

Not when he can go home and swim in a pool of money, and also fulfill his lifelong dream of wearing the pinstripes.

He's just thinking how shitty Mussina and Giambi must feel, to not have a Series ring.

Bonderman's averaged just 10 pitches an inning.

Against the New York Yankees.

That should say it all.

He's only thrown 18 for Balls, the majority coming in the last couple innings, it seems.

It'll be ok, Bob. They have an 8 run lead.

edit: 7 run.

Still, it's the Yankees. It ain't over till it's over

Well yeah...that's why I'm still watching. But they've shown no signs of putting up monster numbers since...Tuesday.

because hes Damon. He isint a corporate robot like efraud.

Loosen up. It's ok to smile. That loose attitude is how the Sox fought back in 04.

An A-Rod homer would be the perfect capper.

Hey, he got it into the outfield. If that's it, he'll end the series with an .071 average.
