Guest Coffey Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 Have you tried defragging yet? Does it say low disk space or low memory? Virtual memory?
Scroby Posted October 30, 2006 Author Report Posted October 30, 2006 low disk space, and I actually don't know where to go to defrag my computer.
Golgo 13 Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 Must I do everything. Go to your C Drive, Right Click, head down to Properties, and it should be there under Tools if you're on XP. Assuming you haven't messed with the Start Menu it should also be there somewhere. Make sure you also run Disc Cleanup and an Error Check beforehand if you haven't done so already. It's also possible that you've picked up something malicious that's affecting things so you should run a scan. Let the defragger run by itself and keep from doing anything else since it can take a while and probably will, just leave it on overnight or something.
