Keep in touch with Foley, the one promo before No Mercy as it was that Mankind wasn't going to be in the main event for the Hell in a Cell, but insteead it was going to be Cactus Jack.

I have this on vhs, but not on my pc sadly. this happened right after the main event, which was HHH vs Rock Vs Show for the wwf title (the wwf was giving away the current wm main event for free, of course it was only a setup for foley to get involved)
