A basketball star gets thrown out of the league and decides to play in the Womens league, cause they all look so butch anyway, I'll fit in perfectly. WNBA is not supporting the movie the league is called WUBA in the movie and only part I like is when he was in shower with his jersey on I might see it just because Vivica Fox is in it, but this movie going to be garbage just like that basketball movie with LiL Bow Wow. Guest razazteca Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Tommy Davidson was funny in Booty Call Juwanna Man has a very weak plot, why could'nt they just do the "fish out of water" angle in a European league, instead a womens league. Juwanna Man should just come out on video like someone know who Miguel Nunez Jr is (Leperchuan 4) and on the Hughleys. but Vivica Fox is nice looking thou maybe I'll check it out because of her, and Tommy isn't as funny since he was on in Living Color. Like Mike this kid fantasy sport story is just played out by now, LiL Bow Wow I've heard he is a good basketball player from what the NBA players were saying eventhough he's 4'8 and he's 15 years old. Although a friend of mine wants to see it (but then again, he liked Not Another Teen Movie too, poor soul ), it just looks absolutely terrible. Really, it does... if there are any redeeming qualities, I'd have to pay REALLY close attention, if I can stay awake through that crap. Modern drag movies are always stupid. As for Like Mike, I'm not a 10 year old Lil' Bow Wow fan so I can't really comment. I'm not going to see the film because it's not being marketed to me. Simple enough. I vote Tommy I add another. I can slide "Like Mike" because it's a kids movie and it has the "Rookie Of The Year" storyline to it, but Juwanna Man. Oh God, this movie is targeted for us!!! I can already nitpick three or four things illogical about this movie, straight from the previews. Man this movie shows how Hollywood is running out of original ideas. As for the lil' Bow Wow movie, I don't plan on seeing it, but if it is made for kids, and kids like it, then I have no problems with it, even if that is also an illogical movie as well. I didn't find the Undercover Brother trailer to be that funny, but for some reason, my instincts told me it would be. Umm, his female name that he uses in the movie, and the thing I heard from reading magazine is that he got kick out the league because he took off clothes in front of the ref, it was over a call. Tommy Davidson is a good in supporting roles but not carrying a movie so he's not bad atleast he's better than Chris Rock when it comes to comedy movies.
