Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Once again, X Pac did anything but endear himself with management last night. Originally, Pac was scheduled to work on both Heat and Raw, and reportedly complained loudly about having to work twice. He was said to be really obnoxious about it until finally, he was taken off of the Heat show. One source who was at the show and witnessed the whole debacle told me, "He should have been fired!" He was said to have been that bad in his complaining, which a few people described to me as "whining", and worse. This incident comes on the heels of Pac walking out on a Raw a few weeks ago when he didn't like how the nWo storylines were booked. At that time, Kevin Nash went and got him and brought him back inside before the situation escalated further. He was written onto Heat to help give some star power to the show. At a time when business is down the way it is, and coming on the heels of Steve Austin walking out on Raw, yesterday definitely wasn't the best day to be pulling prima donna tactics. 1wrestling.com FIRE HIM! Guest Human Fly Report post Posted June 11, 2002 I agree, no one will miss X-Pac if they fire him. X-Pac is delusional about how good he is. Besides he was working a 3 minute six man tag on Raw, and it's not like they have iron man matches on Heat. How many wrestlers on the roster or in the developmental territories would kill for that exposure. He needs to be fired or suspended as a message to everyone else. Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 They let Austin walk out but X-Pac gets to stay. Good lord....
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted June 11, 2002 I wish they would realize that X Pac does not impact WWE shows what so ever... There are dozens of jr heavyweight indy talents just as good or not better...Vince needs to set an example before everyone gets it in their head that they can do whatever they want. He's a goddamn crybaby who is overpushed as it is.
Guest Invader3k Report post Posted June 11, 2002 The only problem I could see with firing X-Pac (something I am all for right now) is that it would make the nWo look even more pathetic then it already is. I mean, they just lost Scott Hall a few weeks ago, with barely any explanation, other than Flair saying he "dropped the ball so I had to fire him." How would it look to the marks if X-Pac was suddenly gone too? Oh well, the nWo is probably a lost cause anyways.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Well, goodbye 'pac. Your services are no longer needed. (we can hope, right?) -Shiro
Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 11, 2002 regardless of who it was i think yes if you ahve to work two full matches and theres some kind of problem sure, but as was pointed out he worked a schmozzy six man.. who was he supposed to wrestle? i havent seen it listed anywhere? Guest buffybeast Report post Posted June 11, 2002 You mean to tell me that that little bitch Xpac pitched a fit because he did not want to work twice or work HEAT? WTF? Jeff frickin Hardy worked RAW and the HEAT taping last night. Do we hear him complaining? And the sad thing is that the company relented to his demands. Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 11, 2002 AND jeff hardy managed to do his impression of the Mortal kombat "toasty" man on top of all that (where a charcter pops up on the screen during something else going on amd mutters something that people argue over whats being said)

Working two whole matches in one day? Wow that's just attrocious when guys like Flair used to wrestle 2 times a 5 days a week. Anyway, once again this is an example of how one guy can throw a hissyfit and some of the fans here support him, and another wrestler throws a hissyfit, and some of those same fans automatically jump on the "fire him" band wagon when the only difference seperating the two is star power. That's hillarious
Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Yeah of course these people want to fire Pac only Austin can pull hissyfits and be "professional". Let us not forget last time Pac spoke up, the nWo was basically saved, so cut him some fucking Austin sized slack. Also Pac's attitude is nWo, hes a valuable member, and can work a hell of a match, so leave him alone for once.

Austin was wrong, and if he's gone and not coming back, then X-Pac should be right behind him. I don't care if X-Pac is living the NWO gimmick, when you complain about working two matches in one night, especially when one was 3 minute 6 man match that's straight up whining. Guest Sakura Report post Posted June 11, 2002 AND jeff hardy managed to do his impression of the Mortal kombat "toasty" man on top of all that Hah! It certainly would be lame to support Austin and then call for the firing of X-Pac, but there's a big difference between complaining about the script being bad and refusing to work on a show. I'm all for less X-Pac on my tv. I say he jobs to Booker at KOR and is never seen again.
Guest Mark4steamboat Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Heat wants more star power and the first person they ask is of course X-pac. When Micheals called him the most talented performer in the industry today, the crowd either laughed or just sat there. That shows you something.
Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 The difference is that Austin thought the match with Brock Lesnar should have been built up more beforehand. He thought it was stupid to give away the match just to try and pop a rating with no build up at all. Xpac is whining because he was asked to wrestle twice in 1 night(many wrestlers do this and none of them complain and most of them have 2 longer 1 on 1 matches than what Xpac was asked to do, which was most likely to do a 3 minute singles on heat and wrestle in the 6 man tag on raw). I don't agree with Austin walking out like that and making them totally change the product, but his complaint is much more valid.
Guest Luke Michael Report post Posted June 11, 2002 I wish he'd stop being such a diva. Does he really think he's important to the WWE? He's just there because Nash wanted him too.

He's the "best wrestler in the company!" SMELL THE SARCASM! ;p
Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Hopefully, when Kane gets back he'll do a mega-squash of X-Punk where he gets in no offense whatsoever and then Kane says "You got a purty mouth boy" and makes him squeal like a pig right there in the ring. Uhm, I may have gone a little overboard there. jester
Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Get the "PAC" out! Seriously, he needs to be removed from my TV. If the "F" can go away so quickly, then why can't X-Dump go away so quickly.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Well, Jester kind of had the right idea. I think X-Pac is simply making himself short term. By doing nothing to improve his standing backstage, they'll keep him around just long enough for Unmasked Kane to come back and squash him.
Guest Quik Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Make him endorse Johnston's Energy Drink again. Does anyone remember that? They actually put it in his titantron video. What a tool. Ha ha
Guest Sakura Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Yeah, that ruled. The titan tron video would flash images of Henson's Energy Drink. Classic.
Guest Quik Report post Posted June 11, 2002 And then he'd do the crotch chops... with the can. "Yo Chyna, you wanna take the DX name? Well, you're gonna have to go through me, AND HENSON'S ENERGY DRINK!" "Mah Gawd Kang, he's got the Hanson's Anergy Drank, he's gonna dastroy Chana! Damn her soul! Damn her soul to hell!" Guest TheDames7 Report post Posted June 11, 2002 I'm still hung up on the fact that the reason they wanted X-Pac to work on Heat was to give the show "star power". What the hell are they thinking...that he draws ratings!? Dames
Guest Smeghead Report post Posted June 11, 2002 I'd like to take a moment to talk about Billy Kidman. Recently--the week when Hurricane won the Cruiserweight Title as I recall--Kidman worked Smackdown and Velocity. Two matches in one night. And it wasn't one three-minute throwaway match and one longer match. He worked two full matches. I don't recall hearing any reports of him complaining to the bookers about doing double duty that night. That's all.
Guest Report post Posted June 11, 2002 Oh we are so funny on this board hahahaha. Fuck this trendy Pac bashing when Pac showed up in 98 right after Wrestlemania, the crowd, myself, and I bet most of u went apeshit, Pac was dX 2, and is nWo. And yeah I agree it was stupid for him to refuse to work two matches, but u cant tell me Pac doesnt deserve a spot on tv, remember who took every single nWo bump and beating since they came back on to tv, Pac always lets guys toss him around, and always has, he always works hard, and has given us a lot of good matches in the past decade, he has earned his place. Guest Sakura Report post Posted June 12, 2002 Please. I cannot stand it when a Hogan or Waltman mark comes here and says "You know you all marked out for them back in the day!" like it matters. And no, I didn't like him in 98. I can tell you he hasn't earned his spot on TV because he hasn't. He doesn't work hard, he doesn't have good matches, and he isn't over. At most he has earned a spot on Heat.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted June 12, 2002 i think he should have worked the matches because I see x-pac as a bit of an underachiever and he needs to prove to his fans and critics that he still belongs in the wwe. he has had a couple of bright spots in the past couple of years (the feuds with kane and jericho come to mind) but has really been a shell of his former self. i'm also wondering if x-pac's neck and back are all still in working order. he used to be the craziest bumper in the wwf and now he matches are the same crap week in and week out. i say a feud with rvd might get some fire back in sean waltman's career and into x-pac himself. Guest Report post Posted June 12, 2002 good post dreamer, but u know as soon as Pac got booked with RVD, this board would cry out like they were wasting RVD, and would demand he get a better opponent. U cant fucking win on this board with peoples attitudes anyway, they are always going to hate anyone associated with the Kliq, regardless of the past great matches. And to Sakura he doesnt have good matches? Well his WWE career from 93-96 would suggest otherwise, and he had some good contests in his WCW stay as well. Yeah he isnt as good as he was back then because of the injury, but he always bumps hard, and gives a good effort when he is out there, how can u sit there and tell me Pac doesnt lay it on the line, when most of the WWE roster hardly bumps at all (Albert, Test, Bradshaw), fuck Pac is in the top half of the roster workrate wise easily. Heck, back in 1998, Owen Hart could churn out a good match. Times change. <<<And yeah I agree it was stupid for him to refuse to work two matches, but u cant tell me Pac doesnt deserve a spot on tv>>> I can EASILY tell you that. <<<, remember who took every single nWo bump and beating since they came back on to tv, Pac always lets guys toss him around, and always has, he always works hard, and has given us a lot of good matches in the past decade, he has earned his place. >>> Good matches in the past decade? Possibly. In the past, say, 3 years? No, not really. -=Mike ..Trying to live in the now
