Scroby 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2007 BRAWL returns to the Contra Costa Fairgrounds in Antioch, CA on Feb. 3rd at 12 Noon. The matches annouced so far.... The BRAWL Heavyweight Champion Pogo The Clown will defend his title in a Gauntlet Match. For the BRAWL Internet Title it will be the Internet Champion DJ Rizz facing off agasint the #1 contender Jason Vega Also... One half of the BRAWL Tag Team Champions A Pimp Named Virgil will square off against one half of the Surburban Commandos D-Unit and on a Flag vs Flag match it will be Alexis Smirnoff Jr vs Pvt. Robbie Gilmore also schduled to appear on are "Wrestling Personified" Rik Luxury, The Sheik Kahn Abodi, Helfyre, and more. card subject to change I'll post results after the show happens, so check back for results. Scroby 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2007 Here are the results for Saturday Shockwave Match 1: D-Unit vs Frank Bomber Winner by pinfall; D-Unit Match 2: In a flag on a pole match it was Pvt. Robbie Gilmore vs Alexis Smirnoff Jr. Winner by pulling the U.S. Flag from the pole; Pvt. Robbie Gilmore What happen afterwards: While Gilmore was celebrating, Smirnoff pulled the Russian flag from the pole and hit Gilmore with it. Smirnoff then threaten and almost burnet the American flag but Gilmore's tag partner Sgt. Tank Bomber attacked Smirnoff from behind stopping Smirnoff from burning the U.S. Flag. After Tank hit stopped Alexis Smirnoff Jr. Tank threw Smirnoff back into the ring and both Tank Bomber and Robbie Gilmore beat the hell out of Smirnoff and ended up leaving waving the U.S. Flag nice and hight. Match 3: The Big Ugly JD Bishop vs Rik Luxury vs El Chupacabra in a 3-way dance. Winner: Chupacabra by DQ.... During the match Pogo The Clown came out and distracted The Big Ugly which caused Luxury and Chupi to both roll Ugly up for a pinfall to elimate Big Ugly from the match and as soon as Ugly was gone, Pogo then got into the ring and attacked Chupacabra causing El Chupacabra to pick up the win by DQ. After the match was over, Rik Luxury grabbed the Mic and told Doug E Bucks that he wasn't happy about being in Pogo's shadow and that Doug E. Bucks wasn't following through with his promises. So to make Rik happy, Doug E. bucks promised Rik a shot at the U.S. title that Cyanide currently holds. Match 4: D-Unit vs 1/2 of the BRAWL Tag Team Champions, A Pimp Named Virgil. Winner by pinfall; D-Unit. Match 5: In a Gauntlet match for the BRAWL Heavyweight Championship, Pogo The Clown put his belt on the line against 3 contenders. Contender #1: The very confused.....crossed dresser Saito Hayahsi Pogo made quick work of Hayahsi and called out for the next contender even though Hayashi wasn't elimated. Contender #2: Cassy Summers Pogo was a bit confused about why a girl was challanging for his title, but Cassy stepped up to Pogo and the two started going at it but it was easy work for Pogo has he was just really to much for her and after taking care of Cassy and throwing her over the ropes, he called out for his other contender. Contender #3: Jesus Cruz Cruz then made his way out had Pogo rocking for a second until Pogo stopped Cruz in his tracks. After clearing the ring of Hayashi, Cassy Summers, and Jesus Cruz, Pogo started yelling how there was no competion...well that was until the Big Ugly JD Bishop came out. The Big Ugly quickly made his way into the ring and Pogo and Bishop got in each other faces and when Pogo had his back turned, Mr. Drake Frost who was doing ring security quickly slid under the ropes and low blowed Pogo bringing Pogo down to his knees. The Big Ugly and Mr. Frost along with Jesus Cruz started beating the crap out of Pogo to the crowds pleasure. After a few minutes of the beat down, Pogo laid knocked out in the middle of the ring as Frost and the Big Ugly left him laying in the ring. Doug E Bucks, who was handcuffed to a post for this match, was released from his handcuffs and grabbed the mic and booked The Big Ugly JD Bishop vs Pogo the Clown for the BRAWL Heavyweight Title. Doug E then promised that it would end on Feb. 23rd and that Pogo would beat Bishop and kill off SPW. Match 6: For the BRAWL Internet Title it was Jason Vega vs The Internet Champion, DJ Rizz. Winner and NEW BRAWL INTERNET CHAMPION Jason Vega by pinfall. What happen: When it looked like DJ Rizz had the match in the bag, The Sheik Kahn Abodi came out and before Ref Guido could make the 3 count when Rizz was pinning Vega, Sheik pulled the Ref from the ring and knocked him out. While the Sheik was distracting Dj Rizz by taunting him on the outside of the ring, someone else dressed similar to the Sheik stuck into the ring and put a cloth up to DJ Rizz's face, then all of a sudden Rizz was out. This mystery guy then took Jason Vega and put Jason's arm over Rizz's body and when the Ref came to, counted to 3 for the pinfall, crowning Jason Vega as the new internet champion. After the match was over, Dj Rizz's tag partner, D-Unit ran out to try and help his partner but by the time he hit the ring, Kahn Abodi got behind him and put the same cloth to his face and that put D-Unit out as well. The Ref tried to stop it but it didn't help any as he also got a cloth to the face and ended up passing out as well. The mystery sheik then took off his turban and it turned out to be Frank Bomber. Sheik called him by a different name and said that Frank Bomber was dead. Then the two walked out leaving the Surburban Commandos and the Ref laying in the ring. BRAWL returns on Feb. 23rd.
