Any good, under $200 Region Free DVD Players?

I finally got the Futurama Season One and Family Guy Season One DVDs when my father when to Europe last week, so now I need to find myself a good DVD player.  I don't want to spend that much, though, as I feel it's kind of stupid to pay an extra $350 for a second player when I'm only getting it for the two DVDs  just got.

 

Anyone know any good ones, or at the most ones that you can buy, then buy a MOD chip off the internet, I won't mind as long as the MOD Chip isn't hard to install.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I really want to watch the Family Guy DVD.

I would also like to know...also, Gigolo, you'll want to make sure the player also has PAL to NTSC conversion.
