PSP Hacked up to 3.03 firmware now

Good news for any psp owner, any firmware up to 3.03 can now be downgraded fine, you still need a unpatched copy of GTA:LCS

If I'd have known about CV earlier, I'd have a PSP and perhaps could make use of it.

 

A pawn shop I frequent who had PSPs for 100 bucks apparently was cleaned out over the holidays, and now have a shiny one sitting in a display case for $155. Bah.

Mine is fully hacked and the things you can do for it are awesome, i have a PDA, a PDF reader, snes9x, mame, game boy advance emu and all sorts, makes my bus journey to work so much quicker lol

I have mp4 files, but i can't see them in my PSP. Do I need to add a folder or something to the memory stick?

It's confusing to figure out how to sort everything in the folders. Took me a while, but I eventually managed to get full videos on there. That being said, the last time I added a movie (or really even played my PSP) was months ago, and don't remember how to do it off the top of my head. Google it, that's what I did. Eventually you'll stumble across a site or two that explains how to install.

If you've downgraded your psp and then added dark alexs custom firmware, 3.10b, you can get media players for the psp that will accept wmv, divx avi files everything, failing that, download imtoo psp converter which will convert the files for you, but also transfer video files to the psp.
