My Announcer Dream Team: Stevie Ray and Juvie During the summer of 2000, I did the WCW Thunder report for DDTDigest.com. I was pretty poor with my writing back then, and frequently screwed up "then" and "than," but that's beside the point. I got the joy of having Stevie Ray commentating just about the whole summer. I remember hearing him calling the women "yaks," and half of the shows running after one wrestler or another. I actually captured a picture (WIN TV) of Stevie Ray being held back by security guards, and I accidently said he looked like a "monkey trying to escape his cage." It wasn't a racist comment, but thankfully Bill caught it before posting it. And as for Juventud, I remember him talking about Total Package. "Yeah, Package been using Da Juice." And then... Juice: "I could look like that." Tony: "Uh huh Juvi. We believe you." Juice: "No, really. I just take some of Da Juice like Package been doin'" And that summer also provided me with a funny moment that'll probably be in my signature soon enough. The Wall, after no-selling eighty millions items in a Hardcore match, got hit in the back with a "HUGE, CARDBOARD BOX OF MACARONI AND CHEESE," and he sold it. Sounds like something The Big Show would do.

If there's one thing I miss about WCW, it's the crap that wasn't meant to be funny but was.

If the Midnight Express & Jim Cornette beat up Cole & Lawler while taking them to the scaffold...then you have Lawler having a nosebleed while getting his ass kick. They could blade Cole.

But they should build a program with Cole and Lawler in a Caribbean strap, blindfold, exploding cage match.They could take turns flinging the other guy into the cage KABOOM. repeat until the mat blows up from the C4 and we'd never see those two fruitbootys again!

Yeah he did start out pretty respectable. Then he got too concerned with getting himself over instead of the matches.. oh well. Personally I'd take the worst of Madden over the best of Cole still

Favorite Stupid Cole lines: "You could get your finger caught in the HIAC" "Tune in to QVC after Wrestlemania concludes to see the new champion, uh, wait" "Holy shi....Holy cow, Rock just rock bottomed HHH thru the announce table" and from last week: "This handicap match has just become a 2 on 1 affair"
