I think they were noting how Low-Ki and American Dragon stiff each other with head shots more then body shots.  It's one thing to nail a guy across his back.  it's another thing to kick him square in the temple.

 

Speaking of working stiff, how can they say that and allow Vince to kick Flair sqaure in the face, then show it on a billion highlight reels?
