Name: James (John) Wolfenstein (Nicknamed "The Lone Wolf" in Japan)

Height: 6’5’’

Weight: 275 Pounds

Hometown: Dayton, Ohio

Alignment: Neutral

Stable: None

Associates: None

Manager: None

Friends: None

Theme music: "Move Bitch" by Ludacris

Entrance attire: For now it’s about as straight forward as it can get, music plays and the Lone Wolf comes to the ring looking to kick some ass and nothing much else, he’s not one to interact with the crowd, he’s not one to usually acknowledge cheers or boos or posters or anything.

Heavily taped fists & wrists, black trunks that end half way down the thighs with a white line around the top and a white lightingbolt pattern around the bottom. Black knee pads, black mid length boots. Wolfenstein has been ordered to wear protective gloves, elbowpads and kick pads by President AngleSault in order to protect his opponents owning to Wolfenstein’s shoot fighting past.

Wrestling style: High Impact Power / Shoot Fighting Style

Finishing moves: Backdrop Driver

Gorilla Press into Samoan Drop

Signature Moves

A series of blows to the mid-section and over the back of the head (Think Vader)

Spear

Suplexes

Series of three back breakers

Bio: James Wolfenstein is a man of few words – he’s a man of action, by his opwn admission he came to fight. He showed up one day in the OAOAST with a desire to kick ass. So he was put through the OAOAST wrestling school and seasoned a bit in Japan before returning to the United States where he hopes that his intense no-nonsense style will bring him to the big time

At first Wolfenstein came across as just another rookie, although he quickly racked up wins over some of the OAOAST’s lower ranks.

Then on New Year’s Day Asmodai revealed Wolfenstein’s past – James Wolfenstein was once a very successful UFC and K-1 fighter with a reputation of being a bit of a hot head and a trouble maker.A fact that Wolfenstein had concealed because he did not want to be pigeonholed with a “Shooter” gimmick and wanted to get away from his “bad boy” reputation of the past. After his past was revealed Wolfenstein has taken to using more of his shoot fighting style – racking him up victories over Asmodai’s Foot Soliders and the South Central Militia who had attacked the rookie over several shows.

Finally the reason behind the attacks was revealed on a HeldDOWN when the giant Gibraltar returned to the federation and attacked the rookie, his manager Saint Andrew was apparently the mastermind behind the attacks from Satan’s Foot soldiers and the South Central Militia.

But why? And while James Wolfenstein has been successful every time he’s been in the ring he’s never faced anyone like Gibraltar.

Name: “Lone Wolf II” Bill Neilson

Height: 5’9’’

Weight: 245

Hometown: Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Alignment: Face

Stable: None

Team: The Lone Wolves (With a very reluctant James Wolfenstein, so reluctant that he doesn’t want it listed on his profile or even create a team entry)

Theme music: “Louie, Louie” played by some college marchingband that Bill once belonged to.

Ring attire: Well Bill is normally a very OLD SCHOOL kinda guy: Wrist tape, black trunks with a white stripe down each side, ratty black knee pads, white boots and the beloved “white & blue striped socks sticking up over the edge of the boots” look to really make him the lady killer you all know and love.

However… now that he’s started running around James Wolfenstein he’s adopted an outfit that’s more or less a “Photo Negative” version of Wolfenstein’s (Black where James’ is white & vice versa) He even wears the same type of gloves & elbow pads that Wolfenstein wears despite not exactly being a “Lethal Weapon”

Wrestling style: Well it’s not so much a style as it’s a life philosophy, see Bill Neilson is what people would call a “Jobber”, a pretty good one at that, he’s stared at ceilings all over the world. Old school basic moveset if you must pin it down

Finishing moves: the Full Neilson (Yep a Full Nelson)

Signature Moves: Backbreaker, Atomic Drop – anything old school that’s not too jumpy.

Bio: Well many, many…. MANY years ago Bill was a promising collegiate wrestler, he had high hopes of making it BIG in the sport. Initially he saw some success … then he began seeing lights and getting canvas burns. In the ever changing world of pro-wrestling being “sound but unspectacular” usually meant “jobber duty”- same with Bill.

Then one day something changed, Neilson faced what may be the weirdest wrestler ever – “It the Alien” and through some kind of fluke he won! OMGWFTBBQ!! Filled with confidence he marched into Angelsaults office and demanded… that perhaps Mr. Sault could please, please, please give him a chance to show that he’ not just a jobber.

Four hours of begging later and Bill was made the rookie James Wolfenstein’s tag-team partner against the South Central Militia. To say that Wolfenstein was displeased is like saying a volcano is kinda warm. Bill on the other hand was happy, ecstatic in fact – he ran out and bought a matching outfit and even came up with a team name and everything, this was his night he could feel it. James wasn’t feeling it though and attacked the poor guy in the aisle before the match and the proceeded to fight more or less the entire match on his own until Bill stumbled into the ring and then through a miracle ended up on top during a pinfall and actually WON!!

Fuelled by not just ONE victory but TWO victories since the turn of the millennia who knows what will stop Bill Neilson… LOL

Name: It "the Alien"

Height: 7 Globs

Weight: 234 Space Units

Hometown: Planet X

Alignment: Unknown

Stable: None

Associates: None

Manager: none

Theme music: The Star Wars them Disco version

Entrance attire: what you see is what you get, except he’ll be brandishing a ray gun when he enters the arena

Ring attire: I can’t even begin to explain it.

Wrestling style: It wrestles like a person who really has no preconceived notions of how a match should be wrestled, so off the wall and nothing you’ve ever seen before.

Finishing moves: Alien Attack (Who knows what it is – he’s yet to actually execute it)

Signature Moves:

Being odd

Bio: Well “it” came from outer space after having received our optically transmitted pleads for a gladiator to save the day (I.e. a wrestling show)

Since It came to the OAOAST It’s been roaming backstage trying to find out how to communicate with the mother ship and generally being odd. In between crawling around ventilation ducts and calling IT hotlines It has managed to get in the ring on a few occasions, although none of them very successful (he lost to Bill Freakin’ Neilson after all) but maybe one day he will actually know what he’s doing in the ring

… or not, odds are good that he’ll never be a technical marvel in the ring, but maybe he’ll figure out that you need to have your opponent on his back to pin him at least (Where is Reverend Slick when you need him)

Alignment: Heel

Music: "The Clap" by The Unicorns

Entrance Attire: Long-backed black sleeveless jacket with "Sly" written on the back in white

Ring Attire: Black long tights with "Sommers" written in white ransom font down the right leg

Stable Alignment: None as of yet

Wrestling Style: A little tinge of the British World of Sport style, mixed with a puroresu, high-impact move offense

Finishing Moves:

One Hit Wonder (Last Rites)

NEW FINISH: Wrist-Clutch Teardrop Suplex (crooked side suplex with the far arm hooked between his opponent's legs)

BIO: Sly's had a long, storied history in the OAOAST. Came in for the X Belt, got it, had a feud with Zack Malibu over the World Title after Malibu turned his back on the people, got killed by Hoff a lot...then he disappeared. He'd return sporadically, but ended up getting caught up in HI-GATE once they split from HI-YAH. He won the Brave Cup Title from Ultra Shago in one hell of a bout on US soil, but forfeited it due to skipping a title defense to see the Malibu/Blank Retirement match at Anglepalooza. To see where he goes from here, read the February 1st HeldDOWN~! event.

JOHNNY SOMMERS

Wrestling Style: A scrapper. Throws lots of punches and running strikes. Way more than he should for his size, at times. Way more guts than brains.

Finishing Moves:

Fast-Drop Piledriver (he's too small to hold opponents up for long, so the drop's way faster) (ONLY in desperate needs or if he's out to injure)

Pyrite Pedestal (Reverse Pedigree...hook the arms like a Vertebreaker, with the opponent's head under your rear, then kneel down, driving his head into the mat)

Signature Move:

Jumping Back Senton (standing, top rope, from anywhere to anything)

Trademark things: Places black rose on each defeated opponent's chest.

Bio: Sly's younger brother, he was recently trained by Sly in a gym on the south side of Peoria. His reasoning for coming into wrestling is simple: he hates his life as it is. He sees the life Sly's made for himself in wrestling, and wants it for himself. He'll do anything to get it.

Because you never know.

97046795.jpg

Name

Hoff

Age

28

Height

6’ 5"

Weight

275 lbs.

Hometown

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Past Affiliations

The Thrillogy (5/04-10/04)

The Underground (11/03-3/04)

Wrestling Style

A talented, explosive power wrestler with excellent technical skills. Not afraid to take risks.

Theme Music

"Black" by Sevendust

Entrance Style

The lights go down and strobe lights flash over the arena. The opening riff of Hoff's familiar theme song blare over the speakers, and as the main guitar riff hits, the trademark silver fireworks explode at the top of the stage. Strobe lights flash as Hoff steps out onto the stage, pausing to survey the crowd. After soaking in the fans’ reaction, he makes his way to the ring. Hoff slides into the ring under the bottom rope and pops up to his feet, heading to the near corner. Hoff climbs up, puts his left foot on the second rope and his right foot on the top, and raises his right fist into the air, closing his eyes and soaking in the cheers (or boos). After a few moments, Hoff hops off of the ropes, ready for action.

Entrance Attire

No special entrance attire. Usually wears boot-cut blue jeans, a black or white T-shirt, and a leather jacket when outside the ring. Often wears his own signature "H" logo t-shirt, as well.

Ring Attire

Electric blue "short-style" tights (ala Billy Gunn) with a white, black-bordered "H" on the left leg. Has matching blue kneepads with the white "H", and black boots with kickpads and a dull finish. Wears black wrist tape on both arms. Doesn’t change for street fights and brawls, for the most part, but fights those in street clothes. Also has several alternate versions of the costume, including red, silver, gold, black, and blue with a black H instead of a white one.

Finishing Moves

The Future Shock -- Hoff's premiere finisher. Similar to a Screwdriver, Hoff hooks the opponent in a rear facelock, lifting them up for a reverse suplex. Hoff holds them in the air, letting the blood rush to their head, before dropping them in a sitout brainbuster. A devastating maneuver, Hoff has proven that even seven-footers can feel the effects of Future Shock.

The Anklelock -- A simple and effective hold that can be applied at any time. Hoff grabs a downed opponent by the ankle, flips them onto their stomach, and torques their ankle at a violent angle. The resulting pressure is enough to makke most opponents tap out within moments. Hoff usually doesn't set the move up, preferring to simply "catch" his opponent at an opportune time. With his strong arm muscles, he can apply the necessary force to garner a submission.

Signature Moves

The SPINEBUSTER~! (front or "Batista" spinebuster)

- Often comes "out of nowhere" as Hoff is getting up from the mat. A momentum-swinger.

Short-Arm Clothesline (followed by flexing and posing)

"The Big Elbow" Elbow Drop off the Top

Top-Rope Superplex

Cross-Body to the Outside (pescado)

Often counters a DDT attempt with a bridging Northern Lights suplex.

Basic Moveset

Hoff is a more than capable technician who has put on his share of clinics. However, recently he's tried to define his style a bit more. Something of a suplex machine, the newer Hoff relies more on beating the hell out of his opponent before hitting some big moves. He's not a true brawler, and still uses a lot of basic wrestling maneuvers: headlocks, neckbreakers, backbreakers. However, the days of him working a body part are mostly behind him. That's not to say he can't and won't pull it out occasionally. He's also a very agile big man, and will throw out some high-risk stuff, as well as a big dropkick.

Generally, Hoff will wear down his foe a bit before starting to hit his arsenal of suplexes. Vertical and belly-to-belly are his favorites, but he's also a fan of the gutwrench, backdrom, German, Northern Lights, and the Perfectplex. He's got lots of power, and will also come at a guy with a snap powerbomb, powerslam or a DDT. Loves to hit the pendulum-style backbreaker, especially before going up top. It would be fair to say he works a "main event" style as well, with lots of big spots and lots of dramatic build.

Manager/Valet/Sidekick

None

Catchphrases/Trademark Gstures

"Welcome to the future."

Very vocal, and very animated.

History/Background/Career Highlights

Hoff joined the OAOAST in November of 2003 as a member of the Underground in dramatic fashion, hitting fan favorite Zack Malibu with a huge spinebuster and costing him, and indirectly, Team Malibu, a match against the invading Underground force. Soon thereafter, he had his first OAOAST match – a street fight against Zack, where he was only pinned after a belt shot and two School’s Out superkicks, showing remarkable toughness.

In the months to come, tension would rock the Underground. CWM, the group's leader, would lose an Ambulance match to Malibu, and subsequently be attacked by the Underground itself and supplanted as leader by The Superstar. As a means of securing his sopt, Superstar sent Hoff to the hospital to brutally assault CWM, in the hopes he would never wrestle again. Despite obviously not wanting to do this, as he looked up to CWM, Hoff did as he was asked. Unfortunately for all involved, CWM recovered from his injuries, and set his sights on both Hoff and Superstar. This only added to the tension between Hoff and Supes, the last two remaining members of the Underground. Eventually, Hoff and CWm would get into the ring at Zero Hour in February '04, engaging in a vicious, unsanctioned brawl which resolved nothing. CWM left the contest suspended from the OAOAST...and Hoff left with something to prove.

After Superstar left the OAOAST under controversy, Hoff attempted to mend his ways. Citing a desire to prove himself, he helped get CWM's suspenion removed, and challenged the icon to a match at Anglemania 3. Hoff even went so far as to get CWM cleared medically. While CWM was suspicious, the fans warmed up to Hoff, who, free from the Underground's grasp, showed an amount of class previously unseen in him. CWM accepted Hoff's challenge, and the two clashed for what would be the last time at Anglemania. Despite kicking out of CWM's vaunted finisher, the Pollycutter, he eventually lost the match. However, he won something much nobler: the respect of the fans, and a handshake from CWM. Hoff's former mentor finally accepted his apology, and Hoff was free to move on to the next stage of his career.

No one knew what was next for the big man, but one prophetic sign at Anglemania read simply, "Hoff is the future." Would that hold true? Only time could tell. One thing was for certain: Hoff has made his impression on the OAOAST, and will continue to do so for years to come.

Following a brief feud with the monster, Gibraltar, and a couple of unsuccessful title shots, Hoff declared himself a truly changed man and vowed to "clean up" the OAOAST, styling himself a superhero and leading to his highest popularity yet. However, in a few short weeks this would all come crashing down as it was revealed that Hoff had struck a deal with Zack Malibu and Calvin Szechstien to form "The Thrillogy," a supergroup comprised of allegedly the best the fed had to offer. On the night of School's Out 2004, backed by his new allies, Hoff hit a sneak attack on Crystal, stealing the 24/7 Title from her. With his first gold ever around his waist, Hoff and the Thrillogy looked poised to dominate the OAOAST.

In the summer of 2004, Hoff would see highs and lows. He would go on to dominate as 24/7 Champion, but he and the Thrillogy would lose to Crystal and her allies at the Great Angle Bash in a brutal Wargames contest. Hoff won the July Emperor of the Deathmatch contest, but under some controversy. The next night, he would be confronted with a demon from his past, as fellow OAOAST wrestler Chris Stevens would make their prior relationship public. In Hoff's head, Stevens would capture the 24/7 Title on August 5th. However, one week later, Hoff would regain the strap with help from the Thrillogy. They could not, however, save him from Gunner Sharps, and Hoff lost the 24/7 Title a second time at August's AngleSlam. He would feud with both men in the aftermath, losing to Stevens the next month in a no-disqualification match at Dirty Deeds.

Coming off the loss to his arch-rival, Hoff decided he was gunning straight for the top: the OAOAST World Title. However, Crystal, the then-champion, rebuked his challenge, citing that he hadn't beaten anyone without the Thrillogy's help, and that he wasn't worthy of a title match. In reply, Hoff challeged Crystal to a non-title contest, with the stipulation that if he won, he would receive his title shot at October's PPV, World Without End. Hoff beat Crystal with a fluke roll-up, earning his shot. However, in the weeks that followed, Hoff would focus his energy on his goal of becoming champion, going so far as to turn away help from his Thrillogy teammates. This would, in turn, form a rift between Hoff and Thrillogy leader Zack Malibu, one which seemed unfixable.

However, despite the challenge ahead of hm, despite the turmoil beside him, Hoff perservered and became the eighth World Champion in OAOAST History, defeating Crystal in a memorable match with an exhilirating finish. After the match, Hoff and Crystal shook hands, and the fans, impressed with Hoff and his changes in attitude, were firmly in his corner.

The night after World Without End, the new champion greeted the screaming, cheering fans with a new lease on life, looking to become a fighting champion. Unfortunately, he would never get the chance. Before Hoff was set to give Crystal a rematch, the champion was laid out by an unknown assailant, and put on the shelf with a gruesome knee injury. The OAOAST Title was stripped of him, and the big man could do nothing about it. In the aftermath, the evidence has all pointed to one man: Zack Malibu. All the while, Hoff rehabbed his knee and dreamed of his return, and of revenge on Malibu, and on getting what he believes to be his rightful title back around his waist.

The big return would come on January 6th, 2005, on the first HeldDOWN of the new year. At the conclusion of the show's main event, a six-person tag involving Malibu, Hoff stormed the ring, laying out both members of Black T before absolutely destorying Zack to a massive reaction. However, Hoff's joy was short-lived, as Chris Stevens, his longtime rival, came out and revealed he was the one behind Hoff's attack. Now, Hoff was faced with the question of what to do next, and how to make Stevens pay. He'd get his revenge in a steel cage match, beating Stevens in a bloody revenge match.

After the Stevens affair, the only thing left to do was regain the World Title he never lost. However, this would prove a challenge. The then-current champion, Drek Stone, wasn't about to give it up, and Stevens was still a thorn in his side. Hoff almost bested the odds anyway, in front of his hometown crowd, but in the end there were too many factors aligned against the big man. However, Hoff demanded one last title shot at Anglemania IV, and his wish was granted. He and Drek engaged in one more epic contest, with Stone squeaking out a controversial win. In the following months, Hoff and Drek would meet again on several occasions, including a show-stealing match at the Great Angle Bash, where Hoff used Stone's own cheap tactics against him to finally beat the Reckless One.

With Chris Stevens out of the picture, Hoff found his good friend Axel holding the title he desired. Over the spring, the two men fought side-by-side, both gaining momentum while developing a close friendship. That friendship would be put on trial in the summer. At the Battlebowl event on the 4th of July, 2005, Hoff won the 20-man battle royal to earn a title shot. The camaraderie shared by the big man and his good friend Axel all but vanished as Hoff attempted to one-up Axel, defending his title shot as though it were a championship. The game of one-upsmanship continued until Angleslam, where Hoff made history by beating Axel in an emotionally charged matchup, winning the OAOAST Championship for a second time. The two men left the battle with a handshake, and Hoff was on top of the world.

However, inside, the big man was miserable. Lost in the middle of a civil war, his title seemingly set aside, Hoff saw his friends in the business leave for greener pastures. As he tried to keep his spirits up, Hoff found his passion waning. On October 6th, Hoff appeared before a live crowd and delivered a passionate yet controversial speech, where he laid his championship down, stepping away from the business, seemingly forever, in one of the most shocking goodbyes in wrestling history.

But was he really gone? Early in 2006, the big man made a surprise appearance in the crowd at a HeldDown! show, ending in a raucous confrontation with Tony Brannigan. Rumors abound as to the big man's status, but we heard very little from the man himself. Even his good friends in the business were seemingly in the dark. That all changed in March, when Hoff showed up backstage to attack Brannigan. The two met in the ring the next week, and what happened would change the face of the business as DREK STONE showed up after a hiatus of his own. As a shocked crowd looked on, Stone helped Hoff to victory over Tony the Body, then HUGGED, shocking the wrestling world even further.

The two bitter rivals turned friends would make their official return to the ring at Anglemania V, taking on the tag team of Black T. In a wild, innovative match, a rusty Hoff eventually fell victim to Dan Black's Heart of Ice crossface. Hoff, however, wasn't done with Dan Black, challenging him to a rematch at April's Living Angleously. But Dan one-upped the big man, challenging him to a submission match! It was the Heart of Ice against the Anklelock, but once again, Hoff fell in defeat. But all was not lost. Hoff and Drek took one more shot at Black T, at the OAOAST's first ever Syndicated event. At that show, in a steel cage, the master plan came together. Axel intervened, helping Hoff and Stone to the victory, and announced himself as the new OAOAST President! The power players were in place...

...or were they? The Board of Directors had other plans, stripping Axel, Drek and Hoff of power. Now, as we move toward a new era in the OAOAST, amidst invaders from another federation, these three men will have one more chance to gain power. Alongside his good friends Axel and Drek, will hoff right the wrong? Or will the prodigal son be denied, and sent away by the company? Only time will tell...

History/Background/Career Highlights:

Growing up in the projects with his mother, father and sister, Marcellus "One-Eye" Wallace has endured a lot during his 26 years on this earth. One fateful night in 1996, Marcellus and his family were caught in the crossfire of a gun battle between rival gangs, killing his father and wounding his mother and 14-year-old sister Shyanna. With the death of his father, Marcellus became the "man of the house." After being turned down for every job applied for, and badly needing income, Wallace did the unthinkable -- he pimp'd out his own sister.

On Feburary 14, 1997, Valentine's Day, Wallace was confronted by another pimp and his 3 bodyguards. The pimp claimed Shyanna was now his property but Marcellus had none of that. The two argued, then the pimp and 2 of his bodyguards attacked Marcellus while the third bodyguard held Shyanna back. The two bodyguards held Marcellus to the ground, as the pimp poured a small amount of bleach into Wallace's right eye, hence the nickname "One-Eye." Shyanna pleded with the third bodyguard to help her brother...and he did. Fed up with the way he was being treated, Vincent nailed the men with brassknuckles. Police arrested the pimp and his bodyguards, including Ford, who cut a deal with the D.A. in exchange for his testimony. Ford spent 6 months in prison. Marcellus and Shyanna met "Whitey" the day he got out of prison. Wallace thanked Ford for basically saving his life that night. As the weeks went on, the two struck a friendship, a friendship that would lead them into professional wrestling, a friendship that would lead them to the OAOAST.

Since arriving in the OAOAST, Wallace and Ford have basically become hitmen for hire. The love of beating people up combined with their unscrupulous nature made them perfect hitman material. Jim Cornette hired The SCM, who became hired guns for the NNMX, their sole purpose being to put THR away and a promise of tag team gold. But eventually after failed promises, at the HD after AM V, they turned on Cornette who promptly disappeared. The SCM also helped Christian Wright in his feud with Bohemoth briefly in mid-2006.

Jay Richards

Alignment

Heel

Stable Affiliation

None

Wrestling Style

Cruiserweight

Theme Music

"Saturday Night's All Right"

Entrance Style

The lights go down as the first strains of the hard rock song blare, and as the first verse kicks in, Jay steps out from behind the curtain, smirking and jawing with the fans. Jay keeps the attitude going all the way down the aisle, while Jumbo follows menacingly. When he hits the ring, Jay climbs up the stairs and jumps over the top rope, landing in the ring and raising both hands over head, giving a good ol' "wooo!" or a yell as he smiles arrogantly at the paying customers.

Ring Attire

White "windbreaker-style" warmup pants with three black stripes down the sides. Wears black boots with kickpads, but the boots are mostly concealed by the pants, as are his black kneepads. Wears black elbow pads and white wrist tape.

Finishing Moves

The Tornado Moonsault -- a version of the Asai moonsault, executed by standing on the apron as your opponent is laid out in the ring. Jay leaps over the ropes and twists, landing on the second rope and backflipping onto his opponent. Also loves to do it to the outside.

Cross-face Chicken Wing

Signature Moves

Super Hurricarana

Basic Moveset

Standard cruiser stuff. Dropkicks, spin kicks, headscissors, takedowns, high-flying stuff.

Manager/Valet/Sidekick

none

Catchphrases/Trademark Gstures

That cocky smirk. He's good and he knows it.

History/Background/Career Highlights

Jay went right from college to the wrestling ring. Having wrestled in highschool as well as having trained in the professional circuit, he seemed like a good fit. In a year on the indie circuit, he delighted crowds with his reckless high-flying, but never seemed to be able to pull a whole match together. Now, he brings his flashy style to the OAOAST, to impress fans around the world.

Age: 29

Height: 6”1”

Weight: 215 lbs

Hometown: Boston, MA

Alignment (heel, face, tweener): Face, leaning a little more toward tweener now. He could turn into a full fledged heel if the people he's angry at weren't so God almighty evil.

Stable affiliation (if any): Mad Machine

Wrestling style (brawler, cruiserweight, technical, all-rounder, etc.): Technical, although now he's angry enough that he's not above stomping a body part rather than applying a hold. Little more likely now to not immediately give a clean break. He can also fly to some extent, but he'd rather use it to finish a match or do something to do major damage to a limb, like an elbow drop to the knee

Theme music: "Touch of Grey" by Phil Lesh and Friends

Entrance Style (what color pyro, spotlights, etc.): Sky blue lights around the arena flash on and off as Otaku walks out, taking his sweet time now, he's not in a rush to get to the ring.

Entrance attire (sunglasses, robe, jacket, etc): A Phil Lesh and Friends shirt. It looks like this and a bigger version of the logo is here

Ring attire: Otaku's changed his attire a bit so it looks more like Bret Hart's. Same black boots, black tights with "Otaku" written in Japanese on the right leg and in English on the left, then a sky blue singlet top like Bret's with a logo like this. He has sky blue knee and elbow pads with a brace on the right leg, and he'll tape up his fists as well.

Finishing Move(s) (try to keep it to 1 or 2): Sharpshooter, Bubblegum Crash(Styles Clash) and he can Bubblegum Crash, roll, slide out and go right into the Sharpshooter.

Signature Moves (ex: Shining Wizard, Rolling Germans, etc.): Dragon suplex, Tiger Suplex, Shining Wizards(and Enziguris), Shooting Star Press(more like Kidman’s but he can get more air and distance on it and he very rarely ever busts it out), and the Roaring Elbow

Basic moveset: snap suplex, headlocks(occasionally into takedowns), martial arts kicks, arm drags, hip tosses, German suplexes, forearms(as opposed to punches), arm bars, leg locks, leg drops(including from the top rope), hurricarannas, drop kicks, and, as noted above, he's now rather upset, so he will punch and stomp while wrestling, whereas before he avoided such things. and uh, I guess that’s about it, but feel free to improve as long as he keeps to the styles described

Manager/valet/sidekick: Ayane Mitsui, “The Sheriff” Tony Capella

Catchphrases/Trademark gestures: none

History/Background/Career Highlights: On and off wrestler for GCW for 3 years, one time tag champion with Ayane for about 10 seconds before an immediate rematch was declared and Ayane got decked with a chair, then pinned, he’s Otaku II because his late father was the original Otaku. Big anime fan(obviously), has some MMA and traditional martial arts training. Still is upset at Brock Ausstin for tearing the mask off his face, but right now he just wants to get back in the game

anime_55.jpg

Name: Ayane Mitsui

Age: 25

Height: 5”5”

Weight: 110 lbs

Hometown: Boston, MA(originally from Tokyo, Japan)

Alignment (heel, face, tweener): Face

Stable affiliation (if any): Mad Machine

Wrestling style (brawler, cruiserweight, technical, all-rounder, etc.): Kickboxing, with some basic amateur and pro wrestling training

Theme music: "Ashburn" by Hikari

Entrance Style (what color pyro, spotlights, etc.): Sky blue lights around the arena turn on and off, and Ayane comes out with Otaku and Tony as the singer finishes the first verse. They jog down the ramp and to the ring, high fiving fans as they go.

Entrance attire (sunglasses, robe, jacket, etc): Currently, an OAOAST shirt and sneakers

Ring attire: Black half shirt, black vale tudo shorts with “Ayane” written on the front of the right leg in sky blue, black MMA(ie open fingered) gloves, sky blue knee pads, and black foot supporters

Finishing Move(s) (try to keep it to 1 or 2): the Golden High Kick(big roundhouse kick with her right leg to her opponent’s skull, which she will use on shorter opponents, and a good, hard kick to the knee for larger opponents followed by either the Golden High Kick or the Shining Wizard for larger foes

Signature Moves (ex: Shining Wizard, Rolling Germans, etc.): rolling armbar and leg bar attempts, flurries of punches and kicks, I mean, she’s a converted kick boxer, she’s going to rely on her striking ability

Basic moveset: see above

Manager/valet/sidekick: Otaku II, “The Sheriff” Tony Capella

Catchphrases/Trademark gestures: none

History/Background/Career Highlights: Ayane is a loose adaption of the character of the same name from Ayane’s High Kick after her presumed run in the women’s division of All Japan. She came to America looking for more competition after KO-ing most of her opponents in Japan and found two things: 1. most promoters just wanted her for T&A segments, not real wrestling, and 2. Otaku II, a kind American soul who spoke Japanese reasonably well, was part of a wrestling organization, and was willing to help her get a shot at being a full time wrestler in America. Things haven’t worked out quite as expected, what with them falling in love and getting married and Ayane now concentrating on helping Otaku with his striking, although she’s also his go to tag team partner and helped him win the GCW Tag Titles at Wrestlebowl VI.

Tony_Capella.jpg

Name: Tony Capella

Age: 52

Height: 6”4”

Weight: 260 lbs

Hometown: Amarillo, Texas

Alignment (heel, face, tweener): Face

Stable affiliation (if any): Mad Machine

Wrestling style (brawler, cruiserweight, technical, all-rounder, etc.): Old school wrestler, mostly striking with chops and the like, really can’t lift anyone for much anything anymore at his age, but he can still do some scientific wrestling.

Theme music: "New Speedway Boogie" by the Grateful Dead

Entrance Style (what color pyro, spotlights, etc.): Nothing fancy, Team Otaku comes out, led by Tony, and they high five the fans as they walk down to the ring.

Entrance attire (sunglasses, robe, jacket, etc): a tan cowboy hat and an OAOAST shirt

Ring attire: a pair of black pants, similar in style to what Rey Mysterio Jr. wears, but not shiny, and white boots with “TC” on the sides in black in a style similar to Ric Flair’s boots.

Finishing Move(s) (try to keep it to 1 or 2): Belly to belly suplex, with a standing kata hajime as a desperation finisher

Signature Moves (ex: Shining Wizard, Rolling Germans, etc.): running diving lariat(like Bradsha’s, except he doesn’t expect a pinfall out of it), big single knee drop, and, once in a great while, a piledriver

Basic moveset: chops, bionic elbows, headlocks, European uppercuts, knee lifts, headbutts, fist drops, and a hangman’s neckbreaker.

Manager/valet/sidekick: Ayane Mitsui, Otaku II

Catchphrases/Trademark gestures: none

History/Background/Career Highlights: former multi time champion in his glory days who wants to train the next generation. Called “The Sheriff” because of his cowboy gimmick from long ago, and the twang and cowboy hat remain from that era. He still wrestles once in a blue moon, but mostly he just manages Otaku and Ayane and helps Ayane learn more pro wrestling style moves

thepunisher2qy.jpg

Name: Michael “The Punisher” Guerriero

Age: 23

Height: 6’4”

Weight: 260 lbs.

Hometown: Watertown, MA

Alignment (heel, face, tweener): Face

Stable affiliation (if any): Mad Machine

Wrestling style (brawler, cruiserweight, technical, all-rounder, etc.): power/amateur

Theme music: "Revenge" by The Unleaded

Entrance Style (what color pyro, spotlights, etc.): Nothing flashy, he just walks toward the ring with Mad Machine in tow. Tony may have a quick word with him before he gets in the ring, where he usually pulls off his shirt and throws it into the crowd.

Entrance attire (sunglasses, robe, jacket, etc): a simple black Punisher T shirt(i.e. a black T shirt with the Punisher’s skull logo on the front)

Ring attire: black singlet with the Punisher logo on the front and “Guerriero” written on the back, black boots with his initials on the sides in white, black knee pads, and taped fists

Finishing Move(s) (try to keep it to 1 or 2): Final Judgement(spinning suplex into a powerslam, just like Goldberg’s, but he has the respect for his opponent to not make faces doing it or only use one arm to hold them up), if he can’t lift them up he uses an STO and slaps on a kimura armbar and either the dude taps or he gets a broken arm, plain and simple

Signature Moves (ex: Shining Wizard, Rolling Germans, etc.): spinebusters, power bombs, full nelson slams, a nasty belly to belly suplex that usually sets up the Jackhammer, basically he’s a younger, motivated Bill Goldberg who really loves wrestling and has an amateur background instead of a football one, so he doesn’t tackle people.

Basic moveset: headlocks, occasiaonally into takedowns, snap suplexes, anything he can get out of a waistlock(suplexes, bear hugs, etc.) and the occasional double or single leg takedown

Manager/valet/sidekick: Otaku, Ayane, and Tony

Catchphrases/Trademark gestures: none, he tends to be pretty quiet, but when he hits the belly to belly, he frickin’ leaps off it like Tito Ortiz and that’s his way of saying to the crowd that his opponent is screwed

History/Background/Career Highlights: A talent fresh out of high school with some good power wrestling training, Michael Guerriero(whose last name means “Warrior” in Italian, like Guerrero does in Spanish) has been recruited by Otaku to counter the size advantage of Satan’s Foot Soldiers. He’s young, quiet, and tends to let his actions speak for themselves. He seems to have a strong personal moral code and he has an excellent amateur background. He is also, of course, fascinated with the Marvel character The Punisher, and adopted the skull logo.

Guest Jacob Cross

Name: "The Drifter" Jacob Cross

Age: 34

Height: 6'1"

Weight: 225 lbs.

Hometown: Wherever he may roam

Alignment: Tweener

Wrestling Style: Brawler

Theme Music: Wherever I May Roam by Metallica

Entrance Style: Jacob isn't flashy and is isn't there to hang with the fans. He walks to the ring looking cool and collected and focused on the ring. He walks all the way around the ring, taking in his surroundings, before entering.

Entrance Attire: Cowboy hat, a necklace with an old Indian arrowhead on it he calls his good luck charm, a worn and beaten up old brown jacket (depending on the time of year), if it's not cold weather then just the hat other than his ring attire. All of these are taken off before wrestling.

Ring Attire: White tank top, faded old jeans, boots, taped fists

This is what he looks like (sorry I couldn't find better pics. If anyone can find a better pic of Michael Madsen done up like he was in Kill Bill tell me):

drifterab4.jpg madsen2tq8.jpg

Finishing Moves: The Tumbleweed (Exploder Powerslam ala Shelton Benjamin)

Signature Moves: The Dead End (Double Arm DDT), One for the Road (Jacob nails his opponent with a combo of punches to the gut and head and when he has his opponent stunned he winds up and nails a big punch to knock them down, which is the “one for the road”)

Moves:

Basic moves (snap mares, body slams, etc.)

Body part work (he picks a body part vital to his opponent's moveset and attacks it)

Clubbing forearms

Short Arm Clothesline

Spinebuster (Arn Anderson style)

Hot Shot

Bulldog

Russian Leg Sweep (White Russian if he has a weapon in his hand)

Running Knee (to a seated opponent in the corner ala Mick Foley)

Second Turnbuckle Legdrop

Sidewalk Slam (Big Bossman Style)

Brainbuster

Running Clothesline to the corner

Lariat

STO

Flying Shoulder Block

Fall Away Slam

History: Jacob lost everything in a fire years ago and ever since he's been roaming the country on his motorcycle. He traveled around fighting for money in bars and gyms. He learned to brawl and to grapple along the way and then pro wrestling caught his eye. The idea of traveling the country and the world and getting to fight all in one was very appealing. He has no family and no permanent home, but as long as he can fight he's happy. He loves to drink, he loves to play poker, and he loves to fight. He swears no allegiance to anyone but himself, but that doesn't mean he's completely cold and uncaring. He just does not want to become tied down to anything because he has lost it all before.
