Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 14, 2002 so there was a lot of talk that maybe Flair sent her to have Vince sign some documents against his knowledge. It didnt fit his character at the time 100% but it was still a good idea. and maybe thats where they were going with it, to screw Vince out of his half. But now maybe they've changed it? ponder this: Somebody out there doesnt like Vince. Has contacts of wrestlers who could do his bidding. Knows about the legal system. Would love to screw Vince out of his own company. so say one Smackdown Vince gets some paperwork informing him of the change in ownership and a formal send off for him this monday on Raw. Vince is livid. He atacks Heyman thinking it was him,he breaks down crying saying he was a beaten man. Vince questions HHH, who just laughs. He calls Flair who tells Vince he knows who it is, (flair) is not happy about it, but its done and he wont give Vince the satisfaction of telling him. Vince wants to know how Flair knows, Flair explains he was contacted about providing expertise on the innerworkings of being a part owner. He turned him down , but wished him all the luck, and tells Vince about the theory of "the devil you know better than the devil you dont". Vince is livid as the show ends, to say the least. On Raw Vince comes out to the ring to await this person. The music hits. Fans are in shock . JR is over-reacting. Vince is making "that" face with "that" gulp. The person begins: "hey Vince you still want to take me up on that fight? Hahaha just kidding Vince i have nothing but love for you. youre probably asking yourself, how do I vincent K Mcmahon, king of sports entertainment, fall privy to be in the position to get his ass kicked twice by the same person? It was too easy Vince! The same way i stole all that talent from you! who would know more about the legal system than me, someone who had to secretly negotiate with all your talent through all those legal loopholes and who had to deal with ted turner and time warner and all other corporation business. You know vince that suff you should be doing, but youre too busy with the eye candy playing horny old man. You may have thought you won, but you got lazy on top of your empire. The war was over right? you got a scare last summer, but your spoiled son, your bitch of a daughter, your current flunky couldnt get it done. they didnt have the prowess that i have as a visionary and a proven success. Invasion? please, this isnt an Invasion, its a coup, and its over, Vince, you are all done at the hands of ERIC BISCHOFF!" Vince goes to attack but Scott Steiner jumps him , Brock tries to make the save with Heyman in tow, but he is speared by Goldberg! Bischoff points out on the mic that there is no one to save him, they all hate Vince just as much as they hate him (bischoff). Vince is stretchered out. Linda has no power, just eric until Vince returns and buys away one of the brands by buying all the stock, by selling all his assets but explains he will not let power corrupt him and leaves Flair in charge of all decisions. Vince just wants to be a moral leader and take down Bischoff. now i think Goldberg as a heel is a bad idea and there is a little corporate jargon/ideas that the public might not like but couldnt this happen? Vince had said he wanted to be face again at some point and by being "humbled" he could add another layer to his character, and leave the spotlight on a "high note" character wise by not being the evil Mr mcmahon that everyone got sick of. Plus at the end of it all when Bischoff loses, Vince can get rid of the whole owner-ceo and just hire some actor to play a figurehead who never gets directly involved in vendettas (a la Jack tunney)

Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted June 15, 2002 maybe jack tunney is getting ready for his big return. i'd mark out because you knew something big was happening whenever President Tunney was on camera.
Guest RetroRob215 Report post Posted June 15, 2002 Knowing the WWE writers, Dawn Marie is probably representing the same person who lifted the briefcase at King of the Ring 99. I seriously doubt they have anyone specific in mind. They just needed an excuse for her to show up and compete with Stacy over Vince.
Guest Risk Report post Posted June 15, 2002 Will everyone stop bring up Goldberg? He sucks. Get over it. Steiner does more juice than Triple H and has injuries. Forget the old stars, new ones need to be made.

Hey, if Tunney comes back, I hope he brings Rene Goulet with him. I always marked out when he came down to break up a fight with his scroll in his hand. Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 15, 2002 Theres a fantasy booking forum for this kind of crap yeah and its over-run with awo nonsense. Im sure mods would move it if they felt it deserved to be elsewhere. You better tell those people who all posted KOR predictions to move theirs too, Mr. policeman! Will everyone stop bring up Goldberg? He sucks. Get over it. Steiner does more juice than Triple H and has injuries. Forget the old stars, new ones need to be made. yeah wwe would *NEVER* bring back people who suck. I forgot they are so intent on making new stars.. they've done *SUCH A GOOD JOB AT IT* how silly of me. ill make sure to "stop bring up" people that wwe negotiates with. Guest the 1inch punch Report post Posted June 15, 2002 [. You better tell those people who all posted KOR predictions to move theirs too, Mr. policeman! Actually, I dont really care about stuff like that, its great big rambling essays by people obsessed with Goldberg and Steiner that I cant stand
Guest DrEvil Report post Posted June 15, 2002 Bringing in Bischoff to take over would reak of nWo, the concept, not the name. Would it work? Well Steiner is an injury waiting to happen who knows if Goldberg would play nice and do as he's told, he's balked at playing the heel before, to say nothing of the face pop he would initially get. So the two cornerstones to build Bischoff's army on would be very wobbly. Maybe a concept where Bisch stole Smackdown from right under Vince's nose and inherited all the wrestlers on the Smackdown roster. That could be interesting seeing a core jump right on Bisch's ship, and a few remaining loyal to Vince and getting beat down for it. Give the two shows separate writers to establish an identity for both, then begin a war where both sides begin invading each other for supremacy. Who knows if it would catch on and they could make it work, but it's a more interesting idea than going through the motions like their doing now.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 17, 2002 Actually, I dont really care about stuff like that, its great big rambling essays by people obsessed with Goldberg and Steiner that I cant stand well I hate Goldberg, and dont care for Steiner so wtf? If you actually learned how to read , you would see that i CONFIRMED that both suck, and then pointed out that it does not matter if they do because they have negotiated with them. I never at one point said "this is what i want to happen". I was "rambling" about what I think they are doing. I know how to seperate what i think is a good idea or fanatasy from the reality of how they book and take an objective look at it. Unlike others btw.

Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 17, 2002 hell, you should have just said it sucked! I would have been less offended/worked up. nothing gets my ire worse than being labeled a Goldberg fan! well, there probably is but thats a bad label
Guest Report post Posted June 18, 2002 I guess that paperwork she had was Flair's contract to be a RAW wrestler.
Guest Grand Slam Report post Posted June 18, 2002 First time she showed up, she had legal papers for Vince to sign from the Wildlife Fund. Pretty simple actually...
