How are Maximo and State Of Emergency?

Since Maximo is out and those who ordered State Of Emergency should start getting it today, how are they?  The reviews for Maximo have been good, but I'm more interested in State Of Emergency, as it has the hype of being the next GTA 3...so what's the verdict?

Apparently it was supposed to be out already, but got delayed.  I'm pretty sure it does come out today.

State of Emergency is a huge dissapointment so far.  The game just too goddamned repetative.  Six different mission types, recycled with different locations.  It's not really bad, just dissapointing.  After around 2 hours of play, I have it pegged in at a 7.
