Anyone ever read the French book Marius & Fanny?

I've heard the book called "Fanny," "Marius," and "Marius & Fanny." If somebody's read it and wouldn't mind summarizing the last four or five pages of it for me, that would be golden. I understood the rest of the book but the last few pages have a ton of hard words I can't understand. Thanks in advance.
