How do you make a new company?

Choose "Edit Data" instead of "Load Game". You can create a new fed there.

how do you make a non-wrestler into a wrestler? Besides editing him before the game

I believe that's the only way. Once a wrestler becomes a non-wrestler in a saved game, you can't bring him back (although I think you can make him wrestle on PPV's)

I actually managed to make non-wrestler Savio Vega a full time wrestler by giving him a position in the main event and just offering him a shitload of money. And yes, non-wrestlers are able to wrestle at PPV's.

Just had my WrestleMania

Overall card was something like 76%, which is kind of sad. I made a saved copy beforehand and am going to remove a Bra & Panties match which really dragged the ratings down.

On the other hand, the Cruiserweights/Tag match was the second highest on the card, and in the main event, Chris Jericho defeated RVD (pin), Austin, and Rock (pin) for the championship.

Jericho has a 97 over rating.

UPDATE: Get a load of my sig. :P

I'm in a 1989 scenario with the NWA. I just hired a bunch of new road agents and writers, then my friggin PI goes from 99% to 4%. I was a little pissed off, but after a month I'm up to 19%. I just stole Stunning Steve Austin from the USWA, so I figure with a 25 year old Austin pushed to the moon and a feud with Flair, I can sink the WWF. :D

Funnily...WCW thought the same thing back in early 1994.

Then they...um...went another way.

The only difference will be that I will never sign Hogan.

Waitaminute...did you create these feds yourself, or is there a newer update featuring "old school" federations?

No, I didn't create it myself. I downloaded it from EW Additions, they have a bunch of scenarios you can download and play with.

I'm still using MLW. I'm in August of 2003 and have am natl. with around 30%.

My problem right now is getting new people over. I've had the same people in the ME for a while but I can't seem to get new people over without damaging my other stars. What are ways you guys have used to get people over without hurting your other stars?

Erin Bray is my top star, but there has been nothing for him to do in 2 or 3 months. He's feuded with everyone at the top, and no one else is ready.

Do Face v. Face feuds work very well?

If my promotion is Regional, how do I raise it to Cult?

Damn!

Just got the 1989 Update, and I love it. I chose NWA, released a bit of the dead weight, and hired guys like Dynamite Kid, Bob Backlund, Kawada, etc. Let's see how a fed based on workrate does.

How do you edit people to take away injuries?

You can't. You can edit guys all you want before you start a game, but once in a saved game, you can't change what happens to them.

Yes you can. I just found a way. YOu go to the saved game folder og the game you want to edit, copy all of the stuff in there, and paste it in the "data" folder. Then go into the game's file editor, edit what you want, and copy and paste everything in the data folder back into the saved game folder. Cheating RULES~!

My 97 over face Eddie just went into rehab. I think I killed RVD, because Booker refuses to work with him. I just had an Unbelieveably awesome Vengeance 2003 though

Ending feud with both guys having an even amount of wins seems to work best for me. I'm a small promotion though, and I have 4 main eventers over 80, and WWE stole them all!

This 1989 scenario is great shit. Flair is pure gold in it.

My champions are

World: Flair

US: Steamboat

TV: Austin

World tag: Road Warriors

US Tag Rock & Roll Express

fueds

Flair vs. Sting (100 heat)

Steamboat vs. The Great Kabuki (88)

Austin vs. The Great Muta (79)

Rock n Roll Express vs. Steiner Brothers (82)

Road Warriors vs. The Brainbusters: not on the actual fued list because i'm afraid that Tully or AA may get hurt for long periods.

Pillman vs. Scorpio: not actual fued because i'm just using Scorpio to help get Pillman over enough to fued with Austin.

Jushin Liger vs. Eddy Guerrero: not actual fued because i'm just trying to get Eddy over enough so that he can beat the more over guys and perhaps fued with Steamboat.

Lex Luger vs. Candido: Once again not an actual fued because i'm just trying to get Candido over so he can fued with guys that are over. Luger wasn't my first choice but nothing wrong with jobbing out Luger to get guys over.

other info

Took Brian Pillman from Training camp to 72 over in three weeks. Preparing him for a fued with Austin.

Setting up a Kabuki vs. Muta fued after they arre done with Austin and Steamboat.

Looking to feud Eddy Guerrero with Steamboat

Flair is champ and is injured for 4 months. I'm not about to take the belt off Flair so i have to work without the belt till he returns. I figure it would make for a better blow off with Sting if Flair keeps it while out.

Oh, and Erin Bray is King fucking Midas. The man went from 20 over to high 80's, and everyone he has feuded (Storm, Vampiro, kane) with has gotten about 90 overness

Need some help.

Whenever I try to download scenarios, it never brings up where to download them to and it never downloads.

Guest El Satanico
Posted

Doesn't really matter where you download them to. After downloading you have to unzip the file. Then there should be a text file in the folder that you unzip the file into that tells you how to run the scenario.

You usaully just have to copy paste the scenario's data files into the data folder in the original ewr folder.

Just make sure you don't overwrite the existing data files or you won't be able to play a new present time game without redownloading ewr. I just put a number in front of the existing file names so i can easily replace the original files when i'm done with my scenario

Guest Angle-plex

Yeah, but the screen the lets you save the file to where you want doesn't pop up, and then it doesn't download at all.

HOLY SHIT! Erin Bray is my Top Draw with 98 over!

Guest MaxPower27

Even though I hate RFVideo, I have a great RoH going.

Faces: Bray, Og.Ekmo, Super Crazy, Eric Angle, and Rikishi

Heels: Batista, Jerry Griffith, Crash Holly, Steven Richards, and Justin Credible

All of my faces and heels above, are at least 75 over, and my RoH PPV's get card quality of 85 percent.

Tag Teams: (All at least 60 over.)

Brains and Brawn (Chris Harvard/Se7en)

The Big Money$: Jimmy Sabbath/Austin Lee

SAT: (Jose/Joel Maximo)

Backseat Boyz (Trent Acid/Johnny Kashmere)

I just signed Hotshots, and The Jablonski brothers. I'll have them over 50 in no time.

Erin Bray and Jerry Griffith are my two best over guys. Bray is 94 over, and Griffith is 96 over.

Who's my champ? Well, champions seem to run in the family, so Eric Angle is the RoH US Champion.

I love this game!

OK, very fustrated with UT. He is in rehab but yet he is very upset and is at 20 morale. But I cant do anything since he is in rehab. Do I just let him be unhappy or??

Guest El Satanico
Posted

If his morale drops below 20 the wrestler will agree to be fired and it won't cost a dime.

That's how I get rid of Mark Henry's big salary. ^_^

Just give Bray promos and big wins. He's 98 over, right behind 100 over FACE IC Champ Kurt Angle

Angle is a midcarder?
