Guest DrEvil Report post Posted February 15, 2002 Why exactly does he have to "pay his dues"? He has all the talent he needs, so he doesn't need to pay his dues in the minors. He's over with the crowd, so he doesn't need to pay his dues on lesser shows to get name recognition. He has a recognized gimmick, so he doesn't need to develop one. Unless the WWF gets serious about a crusierweight division (Yeah right), Helms will be stuck on Heat & Jakked. Which an appearance on Raw & Smackdown here and there. Since the Hurricane isn't likely to win that....ever....I think he should be on Raw and/or Smackdown everyweek....because he is over.
