I thought it was a shoot, but on Heat they were at ringside, and talking about the shoot, and confidential, but isnt this taped before raw, and i know it was probably taped after Steve walked out, but still, anyone think this was a little fishy

Hopefully, you've learned by now that this is indeed a shoot.

 

Heat is taped before Raw, but the commentary is dubbed over the matches afterwards.  The parts where you see Coach and D'Lo talk at the desk are taped live, but almost everything else is taped afterwards.

Even if this was a work, what would be gained from it if it were? At least the Montreal Screwjob "work" set up Vince as a monster "evil owner" heel for his feud with... Steve Williams! This wasn't a work because there was nothing for anyone to gain from it, aside from a possible short ratings spike for Confidential, which isn't exactly one of their top priorities.

 

Silly conspiracy theorists, Williams' a prick! Plain and simple...
