Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 i thought lightning kid was better
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 i've never seen any of his matches at the lightning kid, but I'm pretty sure i have seen ever 1-2-3 kid match from the wwf. i remember watching him get the first victory back when everyone thought he was just a simple jobber. that was a markout moment
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 i like when he ran out with the 10,000 dollars. track down some of his japanese stuff from the lightning kid. it is great.his global matches rock too.
Guest AlwaysPissedOff Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Worst shirt I ever saw was the one Rocky was wearing on RAW. The slogan sounded like something you'd hear at a pride march...
Guest chirs3 Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 We bring the whuppin', you bring the ass. Always Pounding Ass. That tye-dye is pretty bad too... And there is nothing wrong with Jericho's shiny shirts. Those things are cool.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 I faced a similar problem as Jerichoholic back in 5th Grade. The WWF came here for a house show and I got a Lex Luger shirt. It was all American flag-gy and stuff, but Lex was in his little pants flexing on the front of it. I knew even back then that this could not be worn in public, which was evidenced when Pajama Day at school drew countless barbs about my shirt. It resides somewhere buried in a drawer, worn only once after that to sleep in near the end of 5th Grade.
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Didn't they have a t-shirt for Mr. Ass?
Guest Flyboy Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Shane-o's jerseys ruled ass man. I wish he would return as well. Me too. *hums Here Comes the Money*
Guest Angle is Wrestling Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 I think the old HBK shirt that said "After I beat you up I'm going to take your girlfriend" sucked. It just seemed so cheesy to me, I would have never worn it in public. BTW about Shane, it's easy to do those bumps when you only have to do it once a year.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 I think the old HBK shirt that said "After I beat you up I'm going to take your girlfriend" sucked. It just seemed so cheesy to me, I would have never worn it in public. Whoa, a way with words! that is so dumb. I had an adam bomb shirt once... HHH's shirts are all crap, whether it's his hideous orange head or shitty slogans like 'PAIN IS TEMPORARY, THE GAME IS FOREVER' or 'SCREW THE RULES' The WWE has no sense of subtlety. If they made a hurricane shirt with one logo in the top corner or just ONE on the front it would be cool. But they have to paste some slogan on the back of EVERYTHING making it look tacky.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Here's some crap http://shopzone.wwe.com/escalate/store/Det...s2=New+Releases http://shopzone.wwe.com/escalate/store/Det...ther+superstars http://shopzone.wwe.com/escalate/store/Det...&pls2=Hot+Deals http://shopzone.wwe.com/escalate/store/Det...ther+superstars http://shopzone.wwe.com/escalate/store/Det...&pls2=Hot+Deals The saturn one isn't available any more tho they've actually filtered out most of the shit.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 This is the only HHH tee that I've ever found to be decent, with the exception of this, which I have already so I'm kind of not counting it. =b Rock and HHH both suffer from tees that aren't the slightest bit subtle. All of them have "Bring it!" or "C'mere and get your ass kicked!" messages that I don't feel comfortable walking around with in places like the local mall, where gang members already shoot each other for wearing less offensive fasion. WWE Merch lost all it's sense of simplicity after the original Austin 3:16 shirt ended production.
Guest AM The Kid Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Here are more awful shirts... Dudleys The Rock
Guest Zack Malibu Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 Worst shirts I've ever seen: First off, let me start by saying I'm the kind of guy who prefers a simple slogan, logo, or catchphrase shirt, as opposed to humongous pictures of guys. I just find those gorky. Tatanka (Green tie dye shirt, with big ass pic of Tatanka on front) Giant "Chokeslam" shirt (They put his hand. On a shirt. Yeah, that sold well...) Dungeon of Doom (MarioLogan will have my ass for that one, since he's the only guy I know who would buy it) The 4 Horsemen shirt with Flair, Benoit, Anderson, and McMichael. A picture of the 4 of them on front. It would have been so much better just to put the symbol. Now we have a long lasting image to remind us that yes Virginia, Steve McMichael was a Horseman. Flair's current WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO shirt (with WOOO going ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE G*DDAMN SHIRT!) A shirt that is half Kevin Nash face, half Wolf's head, and it's on a tiedye pattern.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 pictures of guys on shirts are usually pretty damn ugly. i'm all for logos and catchphrases but even they go to far to. back when the rock wrestled fulltime they wwf was putting out a new shirt weekly because he had a new catchphrase everyweek. i'm surprised the word "sammich" didn't get it's own shirt.
Guest goodhelmet Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 man, almost all wrestling shirts are unwearable. to this day, i maintain the only shirts worth wearing ever were the nWo original, Austin 3:16, and my old tito santana arriba! t-shirt. everything else has been shit.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 there is only a handful that I would ever wear: i owned the orginal DX shirt and also one with an arrow pointing towards my crotch that says "down where, down here" or something like that. i also owned a wwf attitude shirt, which i ended up giving to shane mcmahon to wear on raw, a hardyz 2xtreme shirt, and a brutus the barber beefcake shirt that I had when I was a lot young
