Deus Ex 3

Eidos is making a 3rd Deus Ex game.

Now I'm assuming that this will be coming out for the consoles as well as the PC. Deus Ex 2 was epic failed by severely retarding it down for the XBox and ruining the awesome concepts that made the first game so amazing, but since that happened we've seen cross-platform stuff like Bioshock and Orange Box (though that was pretty much a straight port from the PC) be hugely successful so I have faith for this.

 

Good to hear that they're going to give it some serious development time too.

 

Any chance of getting Warren Spector back for this? Please?

Until there's a development team named, I'll pretend this is still a rumor.

 

I don't get why The Invisible War was changed so much over the original. The original, in my opinion, fit fine control-wise on PS2, and nothing seemed be too complex for a console gamer to digest. A cross-platform sequel could be grand, though. I'm sure your typical 360 FPS fan could handle one that played more like the first game, too.
