Looks like they only make them available in .mp4, but if you really need to have them in one of those other formats, it shouldn't be hard to convert them. Can't you watch the podcasts using VLC or Media Player Classic or something like that?

If you can already watch them, unless you want to be able to view them on a standalone DVD player that doesn't work with mp4, then why bother?

 

And mp4 isn't an Apple or iTunes exclusive file, per se. Anyone with the right program (the aforementioned MPC, VLC and some others) and the proper codecs can view and encode them, as well.
