Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 This thread created so as not to interfere with normal State business. Okay, with the ABCDURPL, or Abbey Party, Convention approaching this weekend, I need an idea of who is still being active within the State so as to make things simpler. This is also to get an idea of who's still with the State period, as there are a few Cabinet members who took their office and left. One never even showed up in the State's thread. The following are in question because they took an office and left, posted once or twice and disappeared, or post only intermittently: Ayatollah of Agriculture RetroRob215 Baron of Labor AreaCode212 Weed Dude Dreamer420 Duke of Sporting Events TrebleCharged Secretary of Justice Justsoyouknow Overlord of Homeland Security Slickster The rest of the Cabinet is good as far as level of activity goes. Remember, a government that has soverignty over three and soon to be four continents has to be constantly working for the good of the billions it has a Social Contract with. Just post a quick "I'm here" or something so I know to expect something from you in my PM box. I'll have a Mod lock this up or delete it after the deadline passes on Saturday. We don't want to take up even more unessecary space. Please don't post here asking for an office, that can be done in the State's main thread. Oh, and don't discuss business in here or get into conversations. Just one post. Like I said, keep the talking in the State's thread, just say you're here and leave. I'll start us off: I, Maximum Proconsul Kotzenjunge, am here and will have an address ready for the Convention on Saturday.
Guest Incandenza Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 I, Celebrity of the State Incadenza, am here as well.
Guest treble charged Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 I'm still here, just that exams have taken up most of my time. Expect a post by the beginning of next week.
Guest J*ingus Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 You know I, Baron of Entertainment Jingus, am here, I never leave.

Guest goodhelmet Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 i'm here and still plotting your demise!!!!
Guest justsoyouknow Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 ...I'm here. Just sort of disenchanted with some of the party's recent actions, but I'm still here.
Guest Incandenza Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 Just sort of disenchanted with some of the party's recent actions I hope it's nothing other than Supataft's regrettable behavior in the "Ask Rob" thread.
Guest justsoyouknow Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 I posted on it in the "Ask the Dictator" thread.
Guest Incandenza Posted June 20, 2002 Report Posted June 20, 2002 I posted on it in the "Ask the Dictator" thread. It will be interesting to see how our Maximum Proconsul responds to it.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 21, 2002 Report Posted June 21, 2002 I'll repost it here, since people are asking: Deadlines for Convention Addresses: 7:30 PM Saturday -- General Cabinet members 8:00 PM Saturday -- Chancellor Goodhelmet's Assessment of the State 8:30 PM Saturday -- First Lady BarelyThere speaks on, um... lady stuff. 9:30 PM Saturday -- Assistant Proconsul Kinetic Addresses the State 10:30 PM Saturday -- Maximum Proconsul's State of the State address and closing ceremonies. Send all speeches to me via PM. Make 'em the eqivalent of a 5-10 minute speech if you're General Cabinet or Chancellor Goodhelmet. The First Lady's is 10-15 minutes long. Assistant Proconsul's will be a similar length. Mine will be 15-20 minutes probably, a real doozy. I'll also write up the closing ceremonies and inter-speech activities.
Guest barelythere Posted June 22, 2002 Report Posted June 22, 2002 Yup I'm here, I'll have a speech. Sooner or later.

Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 25, 2002 Report Posted June 25, 2002 Yes, all heads of Cabinet Ministries have to give a speech, a story, a SOMETHING with a beginning, middle, and end.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted June 25, 2002 Report Posted June 25, 2002 *smirks* Maybe I'm just reading it wrong..but..I don't have to make a speech, right? State security and all. -Shiro
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 25, 2002 Report Posted June 25, 2002 As Commander of Commerce, you are indeed a Cabinet member. Diablo, you don't have to make a speech, but you can if you want. Remember, send all speeches via PM to me.
Guest Anglesault Posted June 25, 2002 Report Posted June 25, 2002 Am I allowed to ramble and stall in my speech?
