What do you think is the best Pizza place, What toppings do you like, and Do you like any of those store bought pizzas?

I like Pizza Hut. I usually stick with Pepperoni or sausage. I like the DiGornio(sp?) pizza, great crust.

Sbarro's is pretty good, but it's just so damn expensive. There's one here in the mall and it cost me like $6 for 2 slices.

1. Hungry Howies...any topping with butter-cheese crust with a side order of 3 Cheeser Howie Bread

2. Dominos

3. Sbarros

THE best pizza place on earth is a little joint called Vinnie VaGogo's, but unfortunately the only one is in downtown Savannah, GA. Don't even argue with me on this one, I AM right.

As for chains, Domino's is probably my favorite, with Pizza Hut trailing close behind. I hate Papa John's, because they never take the damn peppers out of the box, even if you ask them to repeatedly.

On Long Island, mom & pop pizza parlors are the best. My favorites (for those that may live on LI):

1) Lakeland Pizza - Bohemia

2) La Margerita - Medford

3) Les' Pizza - East Patchogue

4) Amore Pizza - Bay Shore

5) Milano Pizza - Bellport

Most chains here don't exist (Papa John's), have very little (Pizza Hut), or just plain suck in price (Domino's).

Heh. Its either Dominoes, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, right here where I live in the Middle of Nowhere Maryland. I guess I should feel lucky that we have even one pizza place.

So of those three for me it goes:

1. Pizza Hut (overall the best, its closest to home, and they are relatively cheap)

2. Papa John's (love the peperoncini and garlic sauce that comes with each order, but they are sort of expensive...)

3. Dominoes (love the 2 for 1 pizza deal, when they were running it, hope they start it back up again, otherwise I stay away cause I really dont like their pizza.)

Personally, I've been dying to try California Pizza Kitchen, as I have been to several areas that have them but have either not had the time (cause its a sit down type place) or money (from what I hear its expensive) to go there. One day I will...

I only like local places.

I don't like chains at all.

Pizza Hut is nasty greasy shit with too much crust.

Dominoes is decent cheap pizza but i'd never choose to eat there.

Sbarros is nasty. There's too much crust not enough sauce, usually greasy and it costs way too much. All that is reason enough to hate them but then even worse is the fact that they are a mall fast food place. Mall fast food places have some of the worse food ever.

California Pizza Kitchen is some good stuff. However it's gourmet pizza so if you don't like "strange ingrediants" on pizza you may not like it.

Their bbq chicken pizza is great shit.

There's this place right near my house called Cousin Mike's that has good pizza and great grinders and sandwiches.

I also like Papa Gino's pizza, but I don't know if it's a national chain or just one confined to New England.

Shaved Bear & NaturalBornThriller4:20--if you guys are ever in the area of Hunter College, there's a pretty good pizzeria on Lex around 70th Street, called Mariella's. The Famous Famiglia chain also makes decent slices.

I have to agree--Sbarro's sucks. They're too expensive, the crust is too chewy, and it tastes horrible. Yuck.

ill make note to go there, once i move into college (which is closer to there)

Pizza Hut has the best, followed very closely by Papa John's. I switch between them.

Man, Dominoes pizza really kinda started sucking recently. Maybe it's just where I live...

When there actually was a Little Caesar's around my area, I would eat there. Most people claimed that it was disguisting, but I liked it. The fact that you could pretty much buy one large pizza for three bucks and they'd give you five free didn't hurt.

The best, though, is a place called Richetta's. They have his lunchtime pizza buffet, and the stuff they make kicks so much ass. It's all thin crust, but there are the weirdest topping, and some actual good shit, and I'm rambling now.

Does anyone on here live in the southern Virginia area and go to either Anna's pizza or Joe & Mimmas? (both owned by the same family) THAT is the best pizza of all time, outside New York.

I usually just order Pizza Hut. Although when I want to go out for pizza, I check out local places like Anthony's or Mario's.

How about store-bought pizza? I use to be a Tombstone guy, but I've switched to Freschetta cause of the thicker crust.

No pizza is safe when I'm around. I'll eat any kind of pizza!!!!

Can't stand Pizza Hut - always too much cheese, not enough sauce. Plus it's too greasy.

I'd have to go w/ Papa John's as my favorite. The garlic sauce RULES~!

I remember ordering Dominoes, and they didn't put any sauce on the pizza! I took it back, and found a bunch of irresponsible oafs working the joint. No sauce!? That's like having a cheeseburger with no meat.

I stick to Papa John's, mostly. I did Pizza Hut when those PZones came out. I liked those. There's a place here in Cape Coral called Perky's Pizza, they have good pizza, and they make a great chicken parm sub, too.

1- Papa John's

2- Pizza Hut

3- Sbarro (haven't been there in a while, but it was decent pizza)

4- Dominoes (sauce nazis)

5- Perky's Pizza

I stay away from pizza now, though, I'm trying to lose weight! Subway!!!!!!!!

The very best kind of pizza is, oddly enough, home-made.

Where I live, you can buy these little kits...essentially, they give you dough, sauce, parmesean cheese and some spices, and you gotta mix the dough up, and make the pizza yourself, adding your own toppings where necessary.

I swear, I'd rather eat one of these then a take-out pizza. They're just SO FUCKING GOOD.

I don't know that I have a favorite pizza place. Boston Pizza is good, as is Holts (Local) and G's pizza (Again, Local). There's actually a G's around here that sells extra large pizzas, with everything, for 10 dollars.

CANADIAN.

So we get like, 2 of 'em between 4 of us. It's great.

But the best topping on pizza is as follows, and this is a physical law:

FUCKING DONAIR MEAT.

This trumps all. Donair meat OWNS YOU.
