Then split happens and he and Austin are on different brands (if i recall they are/were very close backstage). Now, Austin is gone. I fear for Funaki. He's small, yeah ... but he's been with them for a while, and at least deserves a chance. He's one of my favorites, and with some work, they can make him one of everyone's favorites! I remember his teaming with Crash Holly. That could have went some where, but ... too bad. And I almost screamed when him and Tajiri beat Kidman and Helms. And one time, his pee-wer was kinda winking at us from behind his Funaki tights, and I laughed!
