Guest HBK16 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 This is the foreign folder so lets talk some. This folder is really dying. Anyways, we always talk about Mexico and Japan. I have become very knowledgeable in the Japan section but not totally in Mexico. What are some other Mexican feds that are kinda unknown to U.S. fans? Also, what are some other good feds aorund the world. I mean, not in Japan or Canada and are any of them worth checking out? Because Jeff Lynch has wrestling tapes from the UK and all these other contries that i didn't know had wrestling. So any comments would be cool. Thanks. They have GREAT wrestlers, better than most of the WWE roster at least, like Doug Williams and Jody Fliesch (also known as Dakko Chan in M-Pro). Guest PlatypusFool Report post Posted June 21, 2002 I believe the UWA was a short lived promotion that ran a few shows featuring a mix of talent from the UK and some of the US indies. The FWA had talent in there but are a full time promotion featuring, for the most part, their own talent only. They run shows on a regular basis in the south of England, mostly in places like Kent and Portsmouth. If you can, check out the 'Revival' show which is available from some websites in NTSC and features a ****+ match between Eddie Guerrero and Doug Williams.
