Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted June 21, 2002 I think for me at least, it could help, not because I think Russo will make it better show perse, but I must admit, the sheer unpredictability that bringing Russo in creates is a little exciting. Of course this is assuming he has any control over KOTR, so i guess that is a little risk......
Guest Mystery Eskimo Report post Posted June 21, 2002 Any change is good at the moment, and at least Russo would insist on Angle going over Hogan.
Guest Razor Roman Report post Posted June 21, 2002 I am staying away from KOTR because a) I don't care about Taker or HHH B) I don't care about Hogan c) I don't care about Lesnar d) I don't care to see Jericho job again and now, e) I don't need to see another Russo shoot on Hogan (see (B) ) About the only match I care about is seeing Molly Holly beat Trish, and I ain't paying 40 bucks for it. Guest Prince Paul Report post Posted June 21, 2002 The Russo factor really does nothing for me in terms of making me want to buy the PPV, or straying away from it. I'm interested to see if I notice any changes on RAW however, and boy, I'm sure I will.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 1wrestling said the KOTR was already "largely booked." If that's true, then I doubt Russo will have much impact writing it. However, I do think he'll try to have Angle beat Hogan.
Guest Si82 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 Well personally I think the card is going to suck with or without Russo booking. But then again I don't have to pay for this one so I'll watch it anyway.
Guest The Vanilla Midget Report post Posted June 21, 2002 i wasnt gonna order the ppv before, and vinnie roo returning wont make me more likely and wont make me less likely. though the results of KotR will *definitely* have an impact on which ppv's i order in the near future. if the wrong guys go over (brock, hogan, trips), it could be a *long* time before they get my money again! Guest joshicho Report post Posted June 21, 2002 I dont have to pay for it, but im more interested now that Russo is in the fold. This doesnt mean i think its a good thing though!
Guest mach7 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 I haven't bought a PPV from WWE in ages. I don't count WMx8 because I was there and my ticket was free. But yeah, I wouldn't be buying KOTR anyways. Russo is a non-factor, for me.
Guest Brian Report post Posted June 21, 2002 Eddie vs. Flair, the cruiserweight match, and Jericho is fighting RVD in the opening round of the tournament. Looks good just for those three matches, and if Angle and Undertaker go over and RVD wins the tourney it will be worth it.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 Id be lying if i said the curiosity isnt playing on me a little.. I was going to order it anyway but not so psyched about it
Guest franchise632 Report post Posted June 21, 2002 The only change that would factor into me buying the PPV would be lowering the price back down to atleast 29.99. All be damned if im gonna pay 34.99.

Lesnar kills test in two. flair-eddy can be great! the cruiser match could be really good. If they do the right thing then RVD goes over and I walk away happy. If Lesnar goes over, I'm a bitter fuck But back to the topic at hand, I'm hoping Russo has no imput in the KOR. If it's confirmed he had a hand in it i would probably not watch it. Guest Brian Report post Posted June 22, 2002 I hope they add Booker vs. X-Pac since that can be decent-good, minus the finish of course.
Guest AlwaysPissedOff Report post Posted June 22, 2002 Eh, I'll be getting it for free, so it doesn't matter whether Russo had booked it or not. The big question is: Do I really want waste 3 hours of my life watching this horseshit like I did with No Way Out, Backlash, and Judgment Day(or four hours in the case of WrestleMania 18).
