Oh Hell Yah~! That sums it up pretty well. I love this movie and cannot wait. I heard there will be 3 versions of the movie. U.S. Theatrical, U.S. Uncut and International Uncut........plus it will be loaded with many other extras........oh and Romero is making a 4th installment in the Dead series~!

Romero has been talking about a 4th Dead film for years, so I won't hold my breath.

 

As for the 3 disc Dawn of the Dead DVD, Anchor Bay actually announced this about 3 months ago at a Fango Con. It sounds great. I love the theatrical cut enough, but I haven't seen the director's cut or the Argento Cut, so it will all be new to me.

Well the script is already out, it is called, "Dead Reckoning" trust me, it is being made, I am aware of the rumors over the years, but it is finally being made. The plot has to do with society basically just dealing with the zombie situation, rather than fleeing and paranoia........yah, something like that

Is this going to be the same as the Region 2 3 disc edition?

Only downside about Dead Reckoning is that it focuses more on the human interaction and their attitudes towards each other than it does with the zombies. The zombies are just kind of a side-dish, added in there to give the humans a reason for living in their enclosed areas.
