I think he was saying that re: the draft, everyone is in a fishbowl, i.e. under scrutiny, but the fish in his fishbowl have fins. I guess he drafted sharks. I still like "the grass is always greener, but it needs to be mowed," "we're not here to outsmart anyone, or show off any of our geniusness," and "we're trying to make this stadium as fran-friendly, fran-friendly, fan-friendly as possible."
