Theme Inquiry , Can anyone help?

Hey you guys ,

 

I've been playing this song over & over trying to figure out where I've heard it before. It's actually Captain Freedom's workout theme from the Running Man soundtrack , but I swear I've heard it somewhere else , I'm thinking WCW or maybe Japan.

I'm pretty sure once you hear it , you'll probably agree. I just can't put my finger on it.

Can't say I've heard it wrestling before, I guess it has a tiny little bit of a resemblance to Ultimo Dragon's theme, but that's only TINY, in that it has a similar little intro.
