But I've been thinking about getting a PS2 because of their awesome selection of games. To me X-Box never seemed like too strong of a system, it always appeared as more of an experiment by Gates just to see if he could be successful in the gaming industry as well as the computer ind. Although Halo blew off my britches.

But, if the SNES was on there, I'd have voted for it in a flash. I just got mine hooked back up and have had more fun with it than I have with any "new" game. Once I get EarthBound, I'll have my collection complete...but I won't stop buying.

Guest chirs3 Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 Ps2 seems to have the best franchises: Final Fantasy, Silent Hill, Grand Theft Auto. X-Box probably can handle the best graphics, but PS2's are just fine. Gamecube I'm indifferent to - their lineup hasn't given me much reason to go after one. Super Smash Brothers Melee and Rogue Squadron 2 are the only ones I'd want.
