However, I can personally assure you that I am most qualified for the position, and as soon as myself and my staff have had adequate time to research the issues that the state of America wishes to pursue with its foreign neighbors and non-neighbors alike, we will issue a report that will further clarify what aims we hope to achieve and how we will go about achieving those goals.
