Guest Doomsault Report post Posted June 23, 2002 I'm thinking of buying Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 for GameCube, but I wanted to ask you guys a few questions first. 1. Does THPS 3 have a create-a-skater feature, and if so, is it on both the PS2 and Cube? Are they the same? 2. Does the PS2 version differ from the Cube in number of levels or skaters?(not sure why it would but I might as well ask) 3. Are the GC controls too hard to get used to that I should buy the PS2 version? 4. And finally, which is better? Thanks for the input ahead of time.
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted June 23, 2002 Well... this isn't a choice... but I'll say get the PC. If you have a good connection, playing online is cool. But, I'll let someone who has played both versions answer.
Guest chirs3 Report post Posted June 23, 2002 I didn't play the whole thing on GC, just about 10 minutes, but the controls on there are harder than PS2. I'd say wait for PC if you've got one that can run it, because PC controls for THPS own the consoles.
Guest Doomsault Report post Posted June 23, 2002 My computer sucks but I'd think it'd be harder to control than the cube would be.
Guest chirs3 Report post Posted June 23, 2002 I've played Tony 2 for PSX and PC, and Tony 3 for PSX, PS2, GC, and PC. PC is SOOOOOOOO much easier.
