Guest Report post Posted June 27, 2008 The 2008 WWE Draft changed the entire landscape of WWE. WWE Champion Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Umaga, Mr. Kennedy and Hall of Famer Jim Ross are coming to SmackDown, and Friday nights will never be the same. WWE.com has learned that 12-time World Champion Triple H will kick off SmackDown. What will The King of Kings have to say about his new home just days before he defends his title against John Cena at Night of Champions? Last week, SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero stacked the deck when she named her fiancé Edge the guest referee in the match between Chavo Guerrero and Batista. What might Guerrero do this week, just days before The Ultimate Opportunist defends his World Heavyweight Championship against The Animal at Night of Champions? Although SmackDown gained new Superstars in the 2008 WWE Draft, it also lost some, including Rey Mysterio, who will make his last appearance on SmackDown this week. What will the Master of the 619 have to say to our fans as he heads to Raw? Up until Tuesday night, Big Show thought he would be facing Kane one-on-one for the ECW Championship at Night of Champions. However, now that Mark Henry has been added, making it a Triple Threat Match, how does that change Big Show’s plan for victory? Tune in to Friday Night SmackDown at 8/7 CT only on The CW Network as final strategies are made for Night of Champions this Sunday. Non-spoiler match listing... ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2008 I still find it funny that Vickie is using her wheelchair like Joel Gertner used his neckbrace.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2008 So, I'm guessing since someone wasn't named, that the "Divas" Championship match ISN'T happening at Night of Champs.
The Truthiness 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2008 That show was 10 kinds of great. I think Trips on SD is going to work out just fine.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2008 ha. Foley was wearing the Buffalo Bisons jersey that they gave him when he came to a Ballpark Brawl a few years ago. I'd have assumed that thing would've ended up in a bag at the curb or the bottom of a closet...but there it was on national TV. They weren't even in Buffalo so that makes it hilarious. LaParkaMarka 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2008 I haven't seen Smackdown forever, watching a replay now. Did Foley really just make a Vasily Zaitsev reference? Does he pull out obscure Soviet sniper references often?
