Could This Work?

What if at KOTR tonight, Brock went over Test without Test getting ANY offense in whatsoever. Even go through the whole Ref stopping the match thing.

Then have RVD beat Jericho.

Then RVD vs Brock, have Brock controlling most of the match, untill RVD gets a flurry of Offense, which culminates in the ***** star Frogsplash (which is probably the most established finsher thats not in the main event - id even say it was on par with the Pedigree, and Rock Bottom). Then Brock could forcibly kick out.Really throwRVD off him. Then he coud hit that spinny move (F5?) and go up top and hit the Shooting Star Press (~!) on RVD to win the match.

Because RVD's finsher is so established it would be a major shock for Brock to kick out of, and would go a long way to burn the memory of him selling for Bubba Ray Dudley. If this scenario were to come to pass, I may be willing to see Brock win KOTR.

Ever since I heard the original plan for Dr. Death Steve Williams (totally no-selling the Stunner), I have waited for someone to stand right back up after an established finisher. I thought it was going to be Paul Wight in his first match against Austin on Raw. I have always thought it would be cool as hell to see someone stand right back up after a move like that and have it scare the piss out of the other guy. That would make someone want to give up right away when you nail your finish and that doesn't even faze someone.

However, I say it would be worthless to incorporate into Lesnar at this point. Wait until he is fighting the top guys in meaningful feuds. A good storyline that he must win at all costs and won't give up, then have him shrug off a finisher.

I like the Test idea, but that would throw a wrench in the "PUSH TEST~!" campaign. That would be an awesome way to get Brock heat, though. (Kicking out of the *****)

Shane McMahon's futile attempt to get test over. lately it has included Test going over anyone that has been getting any semblence of a push totally cleanly. (Henry, Orton, Holly, Hurricane) Brock is NEXT~!

Could it work? Yes.

Would it get some huge heat for Lesnar? Yes.

Would it be bad that Lesnar who now has good heat but still isn't ready for a Summerslam main event for the Undisputed Title? Yes.
