Guest Galactic Gigolo Posted February 16, 2002 Report Posted February 16, 2002 Last night my girl friend and I (read: no fucking involved) went off the movies for another one of my "two, maybe three movies" in one night streaks. Unfortuneatly, the movie that I really wanted to see, Big Fat Liar, was stuck at the side of the theater playing Crossroads, Hart's War, Mothman Prophecies, and Rollerball. So we decided we'd just go to the 5:15 Big Fat Liar, followed by the 6:45 Hart's War. Big Fat Liar: 7/10. Very funny "revenge" film, with great performances by Amanda Bynes and Paul Giamatti. Thank God for sketch comedy, Amanda must be saying now, because her roles on All That and The Amanda Show really taught her how to act. Hart's War: 5/10. Have you seen one War-Courtroom movie? You've seen this one. There were a couple scenes that were cool, but I never really cared about the film, and they never FULLY explained why they were being held. From what I heard (and I drifted off two times during the slow parts), they never said if they were Jews, captured American soldiers, or something. They just confuse me, and to top it off, Colin Farrell is the main actor. Bruce is like a Supporting Actor here. Please Bruce, go do a comedy/thriller. That's where you belong. Remember Pulp Fiction and Sixth Sense? Anyone else see these movies?
