Edge is out for a month. HHH is out for two months. Hopefully we are in the one month lull in between Test abortions. Angle seems to be getting a push, after a high profile clean win against Hulk Hogan. But I just can't shake this feeling that something awful will happen. Is it a premonition or Paranoia? Has being a Smark ruined the way I look at the product?

I wonder the same thing myself, 'sault. I think we are all too caught up in pointing out pro-wrestling's faults that we almost expect something to go wrong every show. Call it paranoia I guess. I choose to not let it get to me though, because as much as I respect pro-wrestling (and Angle/Booker T) I'm starting to lose my love for it.......

No this is what will happen:

 

Jeff Hardy will win on Monday.

 

He will go over Brock clean at SummerSlam.

 

Kurt will take the title from him at Unforgiven.

 

Somewhere along the line, TEST turns face and feuds with Kurt for the remainder of the year, winning the title from him at Survivor Series.

 

Cripple H will then turn heel somewhere and squash Test at the Royal Rumble, and hold it while squashing Kurt and anyone who was ever trained by Stu Hart until losing to Edge at WM.

Who can Angle fued with right know? Rock vs Undertaker seems likely for Invasion. Unless Jericho or Benoit turn face, your bad feeling Anglesault might be true.

i think you are just paranoid anglesault. angle is always going to be in a high profile feud that will usually end up in some good matches, exclude the Hogan match because there was no way that was going to work. angle can work with anyone else on the roster, he just need an opponent who can move around the ring.

But with Rock and Taker feuding, and Triple H injured, and jericho busy with Edge (Poor Chris)there is NO high profile feud left.

It would've been nice if Vince/Management didn't force Austin to quit, because we could've seen a new Austin/Angle feud. This one could've been Austin as the heel and Angle as the mega face. Austin could've bowed out nicely in a retirement match with Angle after an excellent feud........sigh

I think he meant the Austin being forced to quit thing. Austin cried like Bret Hart over his direction for months and then walked away with his tail between his legs. That's hardly being forced out especially since noone else had any direction either.
