Most surprising addicting game

Recommended Posts

Zombies Ate My Neighbors for SNES: Not only terribly addicting, but insanely hard at times, too. I guess the wide variety of monsters, weapons, and level types endeared themselves to me as a kid.

Oh my god yes! That might be one of the greatest games ever!

Yeah I fucking loved that game. The level with those giant green worms is what I remember being the hardest to beat.

Does Final Fantasy I count? So far I've beaten it on the NES, emulated NES ROM on my computer and cell phone, GBA, PS1, and will probably end up getting the PSP version, too. I even finished the NES version with four White Mages once.

Zuma is oddly addicting.

Indeed it is. I found an add on for my iPhone, and its great when the woman is shopping or stuck in traffic.

I'll add a few others from the SNES and N64 Days.

Starfox for the SNES

Kings of Dragons for the SNES.

Mario Golf and Mario Tennis for the N64

Super Smash Bros. for the N64

Nagano Winter Olympics for the N64. (Only way to play curling)
