Can't believe I actually found this. I still have pictures from this show!

WWF @ Augusta, GA - Civic Center - May 18, 1990 (3,300)

Al Perez pinned Paul Roma

Tugboat pinned Black Bart with a splash

Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty defeated the Orient Express via count-out

Brutus Beefcake defeated the Genius via submission with the sleeper

Jake Roberts pinned Bad News Brown with the DDT

Paul Diamond pinned Jerry Price with a gordbuster

WWF World Champion the Ultimate Warrior pinned WWF IC Champion Mr. Perfect

I remember the Rockers vs Orient Express match fairly well. The Rockers lost when Shawn took a handful of salt to the eyes from Mr. Fuji. While I don't remember much about the Brutus Beefcake match, I have pictures of him making his entrance, and Genius reading a poem in the ring. The Ultimate Warrior vs Mr Perfect match was a lot of fun.

Where did you find that listing?

The History of WWE

Hot damn... found the listing for my first show:

I remember watching this show and how they loaded up on it because Nitro was being cut short due to the NBA playoffs.

And seeing that date + Owen Hart on the listing is a bit depressing considering he'd be dead in under two weeks.

I'd be willing to bet that Angle/Owen wasn't anything amazing. I saw Angle face one of the Headbangers in July 1999 at a Raw dark match and it was a typical non televised bout.

Check out these results from another show I went to, not the first but it was a Raw taping in 1995. Note that Bret and Shawn TEAMED on this show.

WWF @ Louisville, KY - Louisville Gardens - July 24, 1995 (4,181)

Monday Night Raw taping:

Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Tatanka in a strap match

The Undertaker defeated Kama in a casket match

WWF IC Champion Shawn Michaels & Bret Hart defeated Jacob & Eli Blu when Bret applied the Sharpshooter for the submission win

WWF World Champion Diesel pinned Psycho Sid (w/ Ted Dibiase) in a steel cage match

7/24/95 - featured the first in a series of vignettes promoting the debut of Goldust:

WWF IC Champion Shawn Michaels pinned Jimmy Del Ray (w/ Jim Cornette) in a non-title match with the superkick at 5:23; after the bout, Michaels teased stripping in the ring

The Smoking Gunns defeated John Faulkner & Rick Stockhauser

Waylon Mercy defeated Gary Scott via submission with a sleeper at 2:01

Bret Hart defeated Hakushi (w/ Shinja) via submission with the Sharpshooter at 9:21 after hitting a superplex; after the bout, Bret hit a piledriver on Shinja (Shinja's last TV appearance)

7/31/95 – included Jerry Lawler interviewing Shawn Michaels, with Michaels backstage and appearing on the big screen, in which Michaels challenged Lawler to a match but Lawler hid behind his commentary job as an excuse not to accept the match:

King Mabel (w/ Sir Mo) pinned Nick Barberry at 3:12 with a belly to belly suplex

Bam Bam Bigelow pinned Bob Cook at 3:21; after the bout, Dean Douglas critiqued Bigelow’s performance in the Report Card

Skip (w/ Sunny) pinned Major Yates at 2:20 with a superplex; during the bout, it was announced that Skip would meet Shawn Michaels on the coming week’s edition of Superstars

Razor Ramon & Savio Vega defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Owen Hart & Yokozuna (w/ Mr. Fuji & Jim Cornette) via count-out; the finish of the bout was not televised, rather the show went off the air as Razor had Owen up for the Razor's Edge; the challengers originally won the match and titles at 8:45 when Razor pinned Owen with the Razor’s Edge but the bout continued due to Owen being the illegal man in the ring

8/7/95 – included an Isaac Yankem vignette; featured the announcement that WWF President Gorilla Monsoon allowed Jerry Lawler a title shot against WWF IC Champion Shawn Michaels for the following week; included a Goldust vignette:

WWF Tag Team Champions Owen Hart & Yokozuna (w/ Mr. Fuji & Jim Cornette) defeated Razor Ramon & Savio Vega at 14:25 when Yoko pinned Savio with a Samoan Drop and legdrop as Razor and Owen fought on the floor; during the bout, it was announced that new WWF President Gorilla Monsoon changed the scheduled Shawn Michaels vs. Psycho Sid match at Summer Slam to Michaels vs. Razor Ramon in a ladder match; after the bout, Dean Douglas graded Razor & Savio’s performance in the Report Card

Fatu pinned Tony DeVito at 2:44 with a splash off the top

Kama (w/ Ted Dibiase) defeated Tony Haste via submission with an arm bar at 1:24; during the bout, Psycho Sid called in to comment on being taken out of his match with Shawn Michaels at Summer Slam

WWF World Champion Diesel pinned Sir Mo with the powerbomb in a non-title match at 8:48; after the match, Shawn Michaels and King Mabel – who came ringside mid-way through the match – involved themselves in the altercation, with Mabel ramming Michaels back-first into the ring post as Jerry Lawler - Michaels' opponent for the following week - looked on from the announce table

And seeing that date + Owen Hart on the listing is a bit depressing considering he'd be dead in under two weeks.

Didn't this show do some crazy rating (8.1?)? I remember thtem getting a cover story from some sports magazine for crushing the basketball that had replaced Nitro that night.

I think that actually did the highest rating in RAW history. Here's the first WWE show I went to-

WWF @ New York City, NY - Madison Square Garden - June 26, 2001 (11,772; sell out)

Essa Rios defeated Jerry Lynn

Low-Ki pinned Mike Sullivan with the Tidal Krush

Dean Malenko defeated Taka Michinoku

Sunday Night Heat – the live broadcast from WWF NY featured the Acolytes being attacked by Sean O’Haire & Chuck Palumbo:

Justin Credible pinned K-Kwick with the superkick

Hardcore Holly defeated Test via disqualification after Test used the ring bell as a weapon

Rhyno pinned Raven with the Gore

Smackdown! – featured the WWF TV debut of Torrie Wilson as she confronted Vince McMahon about getting a job; included an opening segment in which Vince McMahon came out and said he was disgusted by MSG since it was soiled by the presence of WCW talent during Raw; moments later, Linda McMahon came out and asked Vince to allow Shane McMahon to feature WCW stars on Raw and Smackdown! the following week; initially, Vince said no but when Linda suggested the WWF face WCW at the July pay-per-view, he changed his mind and agreed; featured a closing segment in which Tazz confronted Steve Austin in the ring, demanding he apologize to Michael Cole for attacking him the previous week; moments later, Austin attacked Tazz before WCW World Champion Booker T jumped Austin from behind and escaped through the crowd, with several WWF stars chasing after him, eventually escaping in Shane McMahon’s limo which was waiting outside the arena:

Edge & Christian defeated WWF Light Heavyweight Champion X-Pac & Billy Gunn when Edge pinned X-Pac with the DDT

Albert pinned WWF IC Champion Kane to win the title in a No DQ match with the Baldo Bomb after Diamond Dallas Page came through the audience and hit the Diamond Cutter on the champion before leaving through the crowd

WWF Tag Team Champions the Dudley Boyz fought Matt & Jeff Hardy (w/ Lita) to a no contest in a tables match when WCW Tag Team Champion Sean O'Haire & Chuck Palumbo interfered, attacking both teams; after the bout, O’Haire & Palumbo were attacked by Rhyno, the Acolytes, Kaientai, the Goodfather, Bull Buchanon, Raven, K-Kwick, Hardcore & Crash Holly when they left the ring and attempted to escape through the crowd before being thrown in the ring and sent through tables

Spike Dudley & Molly Holly defeated Crash Holly & Jackie when Molly pinned Jackie with the Molly-Go-Round; after the bout, Crash and Jackie argued before Jackie attacked Crash and left the ring

The Big Show (w/ Trish Stratus) pinned Perry Saturn (w/ Terri) with the chokeslam after kicking Saturn’s mop in half

Chris Jericho & Scotty 2 Hotty (mystery partner) defeated William Regal & Tajiri when Scotty pinned Tajiri with the bulldog and the Worm (Scotty’s surprise return from injury)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoxbrgMmybI...re=channel_page

How is that not awesome?

Also the crowd started getting restless because there was a lot of downtime, so they sent Paul E. out there to cut pro-WWF promo.

For some reason Cawthon doesn't have the results for the first ever house show I was at. I wish he did cause I would love to be reminded. It was mid-1991 shortly after Wrestlemania VII. I only remember a few matches from the show. The main event was Hulk Hogan defending the title against Slaughter in a desert storm match. The opening matches were IRS beating Jimmy Snuka (I'm pretty sure IRS was the only heel that won that night) and Ricky Steamboat (The Dragon he was known by at the time) beating Haku. The only mid-card match I remember was the Rockers and Virgil beating the Orient Express and Mr. Fuji. The only reason I remember that match was cause I was a major Rockers mark at the time. And then there was a special "barber shop" segment that took place in the ring. Beefcake interviewed Sensational Sherri and he ended giving her an atomic drop. The last thing I remember was there were no managers whatsoever at ringside. I can't remember there being any other title matches (don't think Mr. Perfect or the Nasty Boys were there). Anyone who remembers seeing a '91 house show with a similar card, please fill me in with the rest of the card.

I went with my mother and her boyfriend to this show, just before New Year's Eve in 1998. We were in the cheap seats, but I had a blast. I still got my ticket stub. I also brought a foam WCW World Heavyweight Championship belt with nWo "spray-painted" onto it at this show (I didn't really want it, but it was the only belt they had left, and I REALLY wanted a foam belt!). I remember Scott Steiner ripping on New York, my mother's boyfriend calling Eddie Guerrero and Chris Jericho very attractive in a way that I can't explain because they hugged in the entrance way, and my mother's boyfriend knowing the exact moment Scott Hall would get back up after his match with Ric Flair (right when Ric Flair's music ended).

Oh, and Bret Hart came out during The Giant/Diamond Dallas Page match and insulted DDP. He also said "piece of shit." That's all I remember.

WCW @ Long Island, NY - Nassau Coliseum - December 29, 1998

Perry Saturn defeated Fit Finlay

Konnan defeated Horace Hogan

Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko defeated Chris Jericho & Eddie Guerrero

Booker T defeated Brian Adams

Lex Luger defeated Scott Steiner via disqualification

Ric Flair defeated Scott Hall

Diamond Dallas Page defeated the Giant

WCW World Champion Kevin Nash defeated Bam Bam Bigelow and Bill Goldberg

Mine was the July 2002 episode of Raw that featured the Jeff Hardy/Undertaker ladder match. At the time I was really pleased with the show because I got to see Benoit's first television match since his neck surgery, though that aspect of the show isn't really that important to me now.
