Please do not end the split

1) The purpose of the split was

a - Too many top tier guys, not enough TV time

b - To stop over exposure

c - To allow storlylines to drag out

d - To allow more TV TIME TO BUILD NEW STARS

 

Well a couple of top tier guys are gone (making movies, taking more roids, shooting B-movies about Hawaiian dictators)...ALL THE MUCH MORE TV TIME available for the top tier guys who are left! This is rebuilding - the ratings are going to be low - but if the writers use the new resources available to them (only writing for one show per week)...they can write decent feuds - elongate them to 2-3 months instead of 2-4 weeks.

 

The roster is a little thin because you have nothing but guys you've jobbed out for the past 2 years...WRITE DECENT FEUDS and STORYLINES WHICH MAKE SIMPLE SENSE and people will elevate themselves.

 

2) You've the the greatest talent in the entire world - let it shine.

3) The problem with the federation is not the split, it's the storylines - and constant face turns.

4) I think the split should be completed by alternating PPVs...a separate title system and not allowing ANY INTERACTION WHATSOEVER between the 2 rosters. Remember when the NL and AL used to have so much mystery behind it?

 

Anyway if they end the split - it will spell doom for this company in the long term anyway - and if they do end the split - I will officially be rooting for this company to fail. I want to see HHH die at 38 when his heart shrinks to the size of a dime...I want nash to do a shoot on the final RAW ever, I want Hogan to be the final wwe champion feuding with flair on the final PPV which has a buyrate of .12...I want Angle to be jobbed to brock lesnar in a feud which was built up the fucking day before....I want there to be no face nor heel in that match...

 

I want the rock to shoot on vince mcmahon on the scene of his new movie by saying "What the fuck are they DOING???? Oh well I'm rich fuck it"

 

I want RVD to get the loudest face pops in the whole world after they turn him into an NWO b-teamer jobbing to newly crowned KOR bradshaw....

 

I don't watch the WWE at all now - and if the split ends I'll have given up all hope of it ever getting better and I will want to see it go up in flames....why?

 

Why the bitterness??? Because they are insulting me right now - actually thinking I would watch such imbecilic blathering promos all ending with "I'll kick your ass"...thinking I would actually not take a piss break during a 30 minutes UT v.s. HHH match and then falling asleep before it ended....thinking I actually want to see Rico/Rikishi v.s. Billy and Chuck - and actually thinking I'd rather fucking see Bob Holly/Bradshaw pushes than a simple jericho CLEAN WIN....

To end overexposure they should cut off some guys on the roster who don't product good product and are basically hogging time for themselves (coughcoughNashHBkcough). That and the WWE needs to cut down on ppvs shown a year, and tv shows shown every week.....

If they're not ending the split, the first thing they need to do is explain why it's still going on. The storyline is Vince and Flair couldn't work with each other and had to separate and go their separate ways. Now, with Vince owning 100% of the company, they need to address why he hasn't recombined raw and smackdown.

Exactly. I'm thinking maybe the split should be ended. There TOO much talent. The WWE needs to cut it's losses, cut some developmental talent, cut everyone who isn't producing like they should be.

I definately think the split could work much better if they did a few things differently...

 

 

First off,

 

They need seperate titles... give RAW

 

a World Title

Intercontinental Title

Hardcore Title

RAW Tag Team Title

Women's Title

 

 

SmackDown gets

a World Title

the European title

Cruiserweight title

SmackDown Tag Team Title

Women's Title

 

Combined PPV's can happen at KOTR, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania.

 

At KOTR they can have a tourney with 3 rounds to determine a King of the Ring, the best out of all the SmackDown and RAW supersars.

 

Survivor Series can have survivor-series matches with 4 RAW guys going against 4 SD! guys, and then a final survivor match... to determine who's tougher... RAW or SD! (It can give us a taste of dream matches we'd like to see between rosters).

 

Wrestlemania can be headlined by a Champion VS Champion main event.

 

 

This would keep cruisers on SD, and Hardcore on RAW, and would raise the level of the European title...

I think the split would be more effective if they didn't talk about the other show every chance they get. They need to build it up like they're competitive compnanies. Also, for that too happen they need to get another owner in there. Of course the one on-air character who is on both shows all the time regardless of Championships is Vince. This would be a good chance to bring Foley back in (if he would do it) and be an owner. I've never been in favor of bringing him back, but this time it would actually serve a purpose.
