Ric Flair-Ricky Steemboat title hold up.

I remeber at i think a Spring Stampeed that Steemboat and Flair had a double pin. The next saturday they anounced that the title was held up. My question is does this count as 2 diffrent reingns or 1 continuis reign?

I belive WCW never counted it as a title win for Flair.

I'm almost positive Tony is right.I think the ref counted only Flair down but the controversy was that Flair had a foot on the ropes.Steamboat was definitely not pinned.
