Guest paltaper Report post Posted June 29, 2002 I am delighted to announce that as of this June I will be getting all of my Japanese TV tapes recorded direct from Japanese digital TV. This is something I've been trying to get sorted out for a long time and, finally, last month I was able to work out a deal. I received the first 2 lots of tapes in the last 2 weeks and the quality is perfect. Even though this is costing me a lot of money, my prices will remain the same (at least for now!) In fact for the same quality tape (and in PAL format) you will be paying a lot less than Highspots, TripleCrown etc. Highspots; $16 per tape (inc. shipping) = £10.70 uk TripleCrown; $17 per tape (inc. shipping) = £11.25 uk From me; (inc. shipping) £6 per tape uk Or if you get two shows on a four hour tape, the shows would actually cost you £5 each, which is over half the price and in PAL format. Just thought i'd pimp him here because he has really struck me as one of the best tape sellars I've dealt with, and he has a great selection of tapes.
