Guest Vern Gagne Posted February 17, 2002 Report Posted February 17, 2002 Reports indicate that Tampa is set to offer Steve Mariucci a 5 million a year deal to be Coach/GM. Nothing is set in stone. But let's say this does happen. Is Tampa still going to be the laughing stock of the NFL?Will they still finish with the worst record in the league?
