The stock, aptly named "Lawn Corporation" (NASDAQ: GRAS), will be made public on Friday, July 12th. 4,000 shares, a total of 15% of the lawn, will be made available to select brokers that will distribute them to paying customers. Outcast retains 75% equity in Lawn Corporation and Thugg owns another 10% currently.

Lawn Corporation is a privately owned patch of grass, maintained by Outcast since 2001.

OC... say what you want. But I bought your shares of the lawn from NGB many years ago after he settled out not getting his ass kicked by Divefire for the whole urinating period.

I own 35% of the lawn, and make 75% of the profits for Outcast. The funding is provided by me, which is why you were hired Thugg. In this case, I can not say get off MY lawn, or the lawn... however any attempts of your enforcing will prove inferior to my loyal band of ninja kangaroos, purchased from Sacred after he pimped his mum out to MrG.

I dunno Sacred...I'm hired help....you'll have to check with 'Cast to find out if the society even exists. Although, with all the peddlars intruding on the lawn, I could really use an extra pair of eyes to help me guard it.

OK. So clue me in...

At 4,000 shares, with those shares representing 15% of the company, all I need is to buy one share, in order for me to be part owner of the lawn, correct? Because in a corporation, stockholders are part of the owners...

Outcast, I think you have been outsmarten...

Yes, but you are a minority owner and, in effect, own nothing.

If 4000 shares is 15% of the lawn, and you own one share, you own maybe half a blade of grass.

For the record, I'm in the street, so no hissy-fits, Thugg.

Indeed....

I'll be watching Chris...

...and make sure to tell your other Carnie buddies (i.e. Edwin, ELM and Z) to stay the fuck off the lawn.

That is all.
